Looking for a quick meal and Nunzio's delivered. It's located upstairs and takes some time to get there but we'll worth it. We got 2 slices of vegetarian and 1 slice of meat lovers. Order at the front then seat yourself in the large room in the back. Terry and Vanessa were on it. They were super friendly and very informative. Their service was top notch. All I know is that after running the Vegas Rock 'n' Roll 5K in the rain, all I wanted was something quick, hot and affordable to eat. I was staying at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod and remembered passing by this place earlier in the day. Nunzio's Pizzeria is located on the second level across from the Tower entrance. They make pizzas, fresh salads, and sandwiches. You can grab an XL slice or a whole pizza to-go. They have a variety of options to choose from. We don't even know if the pizza was any good. Our customer service experience was horrible. We checked into our room at around 9:30 pm, walked around the casino looking for a bite to eat, and my granddaughter picked this place. We tried to order a large pepperoni pizza, and the cashier said we had to purchase individual slices cus they only had one cook. We were dumbfounded Doesn't the pizza come in slices when it's served, hum, we were informed that the one on the hot and ready to serve lamp spot was already sliced and can't be sold as an entire pizza and they are going to close in an hour and a half. This still didn't make sense. We asked about the fresher pizza the girl just put up, and she said that was for the hot and ready spot and can't sell us the entire pizza due to the cameras are watching her and she has to sell it by the slice. I asked her how many slices come in an entire pizza, and she said 8 vs. 6 the slices that are on the hot and ready to eat In my head, those sliced numbers just didn't make sense along with why can't one cook make a pizza in an hour and a half time period, and we were the only customers at this time so its not like they wer overwhelmingbusy. Mamma Mia! Boy is this pizza good! It has a thin crust so don't expect a pan pizza crust like Pizza Hut. It is still very delicious though and the slices are gigantic. Nunzio's pizza is located in the Strat near the Skypod/Top of the World. It's A little hard to find at first. If you go past the Strat Cafe towards the steakhouse take the escalators to the second floor and that's where you'll find Nunzio's. Seating is limited but I took my slice to go. We ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. The crust wasn't cooked through, the pizza wasn't cut through (we had to attempt to rip apart the pieces with a fork). The cheese was congealed and had a pile of grease on top. It was basically inedible. Pizza is amazing but terrible customer service. I was went to purchase a pizza pie and I had to show proof that the card I was paying with was indeed my card. Which is weird especially since it's just pizza. Fountain Drinks don't have refills which she said multiple times and understood the first time. I tried to get plates and red crushed peppers to have everything ready and she was rude and said no to wait for my food to arrive. I ordered the peppers, sausage and cheese. I was attempting to ask and receive a promotion for staying at the stratosphere but all he could tell me was "it's not that card man that's not the one that you use to get the promotion." Nunzio's is located in the Stratosphere shopping mall at the very end near the entrance to the Skypod/Top of the World. The seating is pretty limited and if you're a family of 7 like we are, it wasn't easy for us to find 7 seats together and in fact, we decided to get some pizzas to go. Tip: normally the pizzas are about $20 for a full pie, however with your True rewards card, you can get $10 off each pizza so definitely get a True Rewards card when you're at The Strat. We did wait about 20 minutes for the 2 pizzas but the pizza was delicious, they included plates and napkins and we ate in our suite which had a dining table in it. The girl at the service counter could use some training in customer service but she wasn't rude like some mentioned in other reviews. Overall, it's good pizza that will hit the spot but the dining experience isn't the best. However, this really wasn't created to be a "family sit down dining experience" but rather a fast bite to eat. Enjoy! read more

It was a good place to relax and enjoy a bite. My husband enjoyed the chicken alfredo slice and the kids went for the plain cheese. The crust was crunchy and chewy and the sauces were good. Upon walking up the pizzeria you'll notice the display cases (various pastas and the baked wings in the first, several pizzas in the second, and various salads in the third). The display cases with the dishes under the heat lamps is not a good look and makes the food look old and/or dried out. Service was ok, small issue with the ticket machine not printing my order to the cook so it took an extra 10 minutes to recieve my food. Staff did appoligize for the inconvenience but a little frustrating nonetheless. I recommend staying with the basics of pepperoni or cheese for the pizzas and the build your own Calzone is a great value and in my opinion the best dish in this pizzeria. read more

Some of the best pizza I have had has been in Vegas. Unfortunately, Nunzio's didn't quite make the cut. It was fine for what it was...cheap pizza when you're starving or drunk. However, if you have time to find something else, I'd suggest doing so. I mean, you're in Vegas where there are so many options. We ordered a couple of pepperoni pizzas for our group. Some of us enjoyed it more than others. To me, it took way too long to deliver a pizza that basically had no flavor. On the upside, there are coupons all over the Stratosphere for specials so you won't pay too much for either the whole pie or a slice. It's also conveniently located if you're shopping, seeing a show, or headed up to or down from the tower. If you're just stopping by the casino, it's a bit more difficult to find. And the bread stick was wide and literally a foot long. Definitely a sharing portion. The chicken itself was flavored nicely and had the potential to be good but it was sitting for such a long time that it was sooo soggy. It's not too uncommon to find "by the slice" pie shops anywhere you have a steady flow of intoxicated hungry people. My girlfriend and had just left the viewing area of the Stratosphere roof and noticed this spot and decided to save some time and effort and just grab something to quick before getting ready. As we looked over the menus and displays the two staff members up front seemed reluctant to great us and tried not to look in our direction. We placed our order and somehow paid somewhere between $15-20 for one slice and a salad (no drink) after which we waited around 5-6 mins for our order. Not great or particularly good but not terrible. It was a good portion size and saved us from an expensive dinner on the strip which seems what this shop is here for. read more
