When we got home we discovered that the case was also cracked and the coffee stains were deep inside the front ridges all the way back to the USB ports. After deceiving and lying to us that he did not spill coffee or drop the laptop, he finally admitted to it via text. Mind you, this is a $750 Lenovo touchpad. Tony is not responding to any of our calls or texts. We have an expensive laptop that has a cracked front and back case and coffee that is been spilled right thru it. I called Mad PC and Mark came over and tried a few things that didn't work. He ended up taking the computer with him and I had little to no hope that it was going to be able to be recovered. Next day he texted me to let mw know that he was still working on it. He was able to recover the database and make my job easier again, instead of having to search through cabinets full of paper files, we have our comptuer database of customers back again and at a very reasonable price.
