That meant everything had to be done with extreme precision and care. From start to finish, Aaron and Jason were absolutely meticulous. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully they approached the installation to minimize any drywall disruption. They made only a minimal number of very small, tidy holes to complete the wiring -- and that made patching them up afterward an absolute breeze. In a situation where things could easily have turned messy, they kept everything incredibly clean and controlled. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They took their time to ensure the fan was perfectly mounted, balanced, aligned, and functioning flawlessly. He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky.
