I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. Ruben came to my Indio home the next morning. Ruben diagnosed the problem quickly while explaining to me what he was doing and fixed it within an hour. The GFI fault was caused by water inside an underground electrical box, so this was not an easy problem to find. Ruben was thorough, prompt, and easy to work with.
