Honest, Reliable & Truly Went Above and Beyond…read more We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dan Only HVAC! Our air conditioning died in the middle of the night, and with the extreme summer heat, my daughter dealing with chemo and us as seniors, we were in a really difficult situation. Dan and his team made us a priority and went out of their way to get to our house ASAP. We truly felt like they came to our rescue when we needed it most. What impressed us even more was their honesty and integrity. In a situation like ours, we could have easily been taken advantage of or ripped off by a large commercial HVAC company, especially with an emergency repair in the middle of the night. Instead, Dan Only HVAC was completely fair and transparent with their pricing. They could have easily charged us much more, but they didn't. Dan and his colleague were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest options without trying to pressure us into unnecessary repairs or replacements. It is incredibly refreshing to find an HVAC company that genuinely puts its customers first. Their fair pricing, honesty, reliability, and quality workmanship really set them apart. When your AC goes out in the middle of the night, you need someone you can trust--and Dan Only HVAC was exactly that for us. We are so grateful they came to our rescue and treated us with such honesty and respect. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can truly trust, we highly recommend Dan Only HVAC. Five stars without hesitation!

We got quotes for the job from 5 different electricians before we met with Jon. All 5 said this was a difficult job and they would have to snake wires through the walls and make holes in the walls which they didn't fix and we would need someone to patch walls and redo the stucco. Jon assured us he could snake the wire through the attic and not touch the walls no problem. He and his crew were top notch professionals. They arrived on time, were polite and patient with questions and extremely knowledgeable about everything electrical. Jon's price was very fair and right in the middle of the quotes from the other electricians. They cleaned up after themselves and left myself and my husband happy campers. We know the job was done right and up to code. We both recommend this company 100% and will use his services for all of our electrical needs in the future. Elaine

We hired Jeff to install a light fixture for us from Amazon and upgrade an outlet in a bedroom. Was quoted $200 for the light fixture installation and $175 to upgrade the outlet (this was under 5 mins of work). -We rescheduled with Jeff to come out on a Thursday. He forgot about the appointment and forgot what work even needed to get done. -He said he had time the next day on Friday. We were only available in the afternoon in which he dragged his feet to come to our property because "it was too far from his house". He ended up coming to install the light fixture despite being reluctant to do so. I'm not sure why he accepted a job if it was too far from his home. -As he's doing the work, he's complaining to us about his ex wife "being a bitch". Not professional, not relevant to our electrical problems. -He didn't end up fixing the light fixture because the Amazon part was broken. He asked my husband to go to the store and buy a new part. He eventually recommended we just buy a new light fixture. We did exactly that and thought he'd come back out to finally install the light (at this point I had already waited 1 week for him to come install this light). Then he said he didn't have time to come back for an additional week and he'd charge us again, even though the original work never was completed. -He also left our house a complete mess with electrical wires coming out of the wall because he didn't want to reinstall the light switch (so I can't use it now), dust on the ground and dining table, cut wires on the ground. I've never met someone who is comfortable charging you, leaving your house a mess, asking the customer to finish his job for him and run to the store (patch up the hole in the wall, reinstall the light switch), and not willing to come back to finish the job started. As a result, I asked for a partial refund since he never completed the work I originally hired him to do, and he said no. Really disappointed at this experience. Over a week later, and still no light and no reliable electrician.

BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…read more Final Update: American Home Shield sent a different HVAC company for a second opinion. Their technician found there was no tampering and nothing wrong with the HVAC system. The only issue was a single wire that had not been connected properly, which he corrected in minutes. This completely contradicts One Stop Heating & Air Conditioning's diagnosis that our system had been "tampered with" and required a $1,068 out-of-pocket repair that they wanted to perform themselves. They also never provided the photos they repeatedly claimed existed to support their diagnosis. Based on our experience, I believe this company attempted to convince us to pay for unnecessary repairs by making claims we had no practical way to verify because the unit was on the roof. They tried to tell us AHS would never cover this and tried to get us to hire them for the work. When we asked for proof they repeatedly said they would share but never did. They also didn't report the diagnosis to AHS for 5 days. Homeowners should be extremely cautious, especially when they are told expensive repairs are needed without clear evidence. I cannot recommend this company. If American Home Shield had not sent another technician, we could have paid over $1,000 for a repair that wasn't needed. Get a second opinion and ask for documentation before agreeing to any work.
