The doctor and the dental hygienist here are wonderful,as well as the staff and the billing team. All aces all the way around. I am extremely impressed by the work done. I have visited the office several times already. Much needed work that was scheduled in advance online or in office for me before I left,which is ideal for me.Super convenient. Ergo,the work I have had done was: A root canal,deep cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction so far..Even left in good spirits! Few more visits to go... My dental work had been neglected for years before they received my hot mess but I felt very comfortable here regardless and we came up with a plan of action to get me on course to a perfect smile again.I am very thankful for that! Went in with a bad toothache because my original dentist couldn't see me, I googled next dentist in my area and Yelp pointed me to Dr. Reddy! Mind you I don't like change but I knew I needed my tooth to be fixed. They got me in, on a emergency appointment and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Reddy was so nice and very helpful while answering all my questions. The place is not upscaled like most dental offices so I was pretty concerned but guess what don't judge it's book by its cover!! I felt relaxed and safe and everything turned out great!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Went there in 2007. They replaced a crown, did it wrong, I was in pain and couldn't bite on that side of my mouth. A few months later extreme, EXTREME, pain, and they did a root canal. I was also not satisfied, as there was still tenderness six months later, and I could not use that side of my mouth. I went back to their office 5 times to get the problem resolved. They finally told me not to come back and that there was nothing wrong. I was forced to get help via a different dentist who redrilled part of the crown so I could use that side of my mouth. This review is long overdue. Dr. Reddy attempted to do a root canal on one of my molars and while he was working on my tooth, the instrument he was using got stuck/lodged into my canal. He abruptly stopped working on me, was silent, walked away, had his nurse come in to tell me his instrument piece was trapped in my canal and I needed to see someone to try and take the lodged piece out. I was stunned and not sure as to what had just happened as he stood there silent not saying a word and didn't acknowledge what he did and did not apologize. I went to see two different specialists to take the lodged piece out with no success. I finally had no choice but to have my tooth extracted. Dr.Reddy's harmful mistakes caused me pain, TRAUMA, and financial hardship as it cost me over $6,000 to fix what he did - and he refused to cover the costs from his doing and never took ownership of what he did. My family and I never returned again. After examination from our new dentist I later learned of all the poor and/or UNNECESSARY dental treatments I and my children had received from Dr. Reddy - including a root canal and fillings! It was awful and I honestly do not understand how he is still practicing. I pray no one ever experiences what my family and I went through here. I urge you to find another dentist. It took me a while to find a good dentist after I moved to San Antonio. The Tooth Doctor is bar none the best dentist I have ever been to, even the Novocaine injection was painless. I had a great experience with the tooth dr. I came in because I fell and broke half my front tooth. I googled 5 star cosmetic dentists and it led me here. I was very nervous because not only do I hate the dentist in general, getting my tooth fixed, looking natural was a big deal to me. The dr and nurses were very gentle and nice. I've had previous experiences where dentists were super rough just jerking my mouth all which ways. No, the tooth dr. was gentle. He made sure I walked out feeling better and reassured that I would get the teeth I wanted. The next time we did a crown fitting and he made sure they were perfect and had them re done for modifications I had. Next visit everything went well and my teeth are back to normal, look even better than before actually. I will be going back for my regular cleanings and check up. And now that I finally found a dr. I like maybe I will go 2x a year like we are supposed to. read more

Being from out of town I needed a dentist; and the one I originally had here closed. I tried one of the Monarch dental offices and left the place, seriously. Hence, I read reviews about Dr. Reddy online and tried his services. I'm glad I did. I'm a 'dental scaredy cat' and his staff really accommodated me with this. I appreciate his thorough examination and options for me. He even does an oral screening during your clearning for oral cancer. His Hygienist goes out of her way to explain, in-depth, which I like including her best recommendations for me. I have a few future dental appointments now, and knew I would, but wanted to find a Dentist that I could trust. His staff, billing/entry staff will calm your fears about your bill. ;) This Dentist will speak very clearly and directly to you, one to one. Been going here for almost two years and what they've done for my mouth in that time is more than my previous dentist, or any before, ever did in the 18 years prior! They fixed problems that my previous dentist caused and alerted me to issues which my previous dentist failed to mention. I feel like the health of my mouth really matters to them, not JUST making my teeth look good. In addition to this the staff is very friendly, prompt, efficient, and informative. I went to the tooth doctor for several years every time I went they filled in cavities. The last time I went they told me I had 5 cavities. I moved away to east Texas due to a family situation and went to a dentist there ....I explained I had cavities that needed to be filled. The dentist looked and took x-rays and he informed me I had no cavities at all. This was in 2012 I just left my dentist today and to date I do not have ANY cavities. Prior to going to the tooth doctor on northwest military in San Antonio I had rarely had cavities. This leads me to believe they were filling teeth for absolutely no reason other to fund their pocket books. Staff very friendly. read more

I recently got my teeth cleaned after missing a few years of cleaning. I paid extra for the laughing gas and Chistine scrubbed them clean while was really enjoying the Nitrous. Dr Reddy is very gentle clean guy, he checked my teeth and confirm that my sensitive tooth had a failing filling. So I could be seen on Saturday, I went to their other office that is open on Friday and Saturday and I got the filling replace by Dr Gutierez, 6 months later my filling feels as if I never had someone drill it out and fill it with man made material, what I mean is that it feels like I never had a problem even though it was a big filling replace in my molar. The other staff people are nice and very friendly. Two dental visits that don't suck and improved dental health gets them a 5 star rating from me. read more

It was so awesome to have the ability to get service on the weekend. I don't think I would have made it until Monday. What I really like is how they present an overall comprehensive view of your dental needs. It really gave me a good idea of what I needed done so I could discuss with Dr. Reddy what to do next. I can't stop raving about The Tooth Doctor! I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to any type of dental work. I have a small mouth so it make it difficult to hold my mouth open for long periods of time. The dentist prescribed me a muscle relaxer to help and it made my next visit so much easier. I am former military and they are not the best when dealing with this. I also have Sjogrens Syndrome which causes me to get cavities at a faster rate then normal so I have to go to the dentist at least every 6 months. The entire staff always helps to calm me down. They provide gas when I need it and I have even done conscious sedation on two occasions. read more
