I reached out to his boss who assured me that Jimmy would be there last week as promised but again another excuse and he didn't show. Jimmy seemed like a great guy, he was polite, he cleaned up after he worked and was good with my dog and my kids. But how I was ghosted, lied to and ignored is absolutely terrible, I'm out $310 and over 4 months of frustration and I am back to square one.

I really wanted to leave a great review--because our initial inspection experience was genuinely…read morepositive. The inspector who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to educate us on what was going on. I felt like we had a great rapport, and we were told we'd receive a written estimate shortly after our conversation. Unfortunately, that estimate never came. We followed up two weeks later and were told the inspector would resend it. Still nothing. Another two weeks went by, and we called again--received an apology and the same promise. It's now been six weeks, and we've yet to hear anything back. Each time we've called, we've only been able to speak with office staff--not the original inspector. At this point, we feel like we've been ghosted--and it's incredibly frustrating. I've even questioned whether we somehow offended someone, but realistically, I think they just don't want our business. However weeds started coming through almost right away so I talked with Glenn he said they would come and spray the weeds. This was last year. They never came. I called this year Glenn said he would send them out but they went to the wrong address. Glenn called that person but never called me to correct the mistake. I've called him a couple times he keeps saying they will come but don't. Glenn keeps giving me excuses and I finally told him to forget it I'll find someone else! I would not recommend Glenn for landscaping. The lawn cutting guys are fine and do a good job!
