So I requested the put down mulch, which they did. the workers are very nice and did a good job. However weeds started coming through almost right away so I talked with Glenn he said they would come and spray the weeds. This was last year. They never came. I called this year Glenn said he would send them out but they went to the wrong address. Glenn called that person but never called me to correct the mistake. I've called him a couple times he keeps saying they will come but don't. Glenn keeps giving me excuses and I finally told him to forget it I'll find someone else! I would not recommend Glenn for landscaping. The lawn cutting guys are fine and do a good job!

They replaced my diseased tree with a new one which died the exact same way (fungal infection according to my horticulturist friend). They have been pretty much unresponsive to texts 2021. Chad immediately reached out, we had a quick call to learn more, and in just a couple days he was able to stop by my house and take basic measurements. For no charge, he was able to give me a ballpark in costs for some options to my backyard, which is all I really wanted at this stage and it has been so helpful. He provided some amazing backyard options that I had not considered before that are likely more in my budget than my original plan in my head! This conversation was so helpful, and I'll update my review as the project continues later this spring.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called for a quote. Asked them to install a gate at the end…read moreof the driveway as well as take a look at the property for other landscaping needs. The representative that came out. Gave a budget between 5kand $7000 ( which I felt was reasonable for what I was asking) took pictures of the entire property, the back of the house, etc. etc. and then never returned. There was no follow up. We did not get a reason for the lack of communication and certainly did not get any information on the needs that we wanted taken care of in the spring of both immediate and in spring of 2026. We were willing to pay what they asked with cash. Many assumptions can be made about the reason for ghosting a potential customer with cash in hand. In our case, I would say the most likely reason was, we didn't meet the average local demographic. What other the reason would a company give you a quote, then abandon you when it came time to schedule the work and collect payment. I strongly recommend finding a company that values' sales no matter what the demographic and that is not biased.
