Fisher and a 2nd company were about the same price and a third was almost twice. Based on their positive reviews, their promptness in getting back, and their quote, we went with Fisher. The entire process was flawless - as good as one could imagine. They came to make the measurement, determined the tint of the other windows to insure a match, and installed a replacement within ten days of taking the measurements. Rick and his co-worker were a pleasure to deal with, as was the office, that kept us aprised of the schedule. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had for a home repair/service company. Highly recommend.

One of them came right over to look at the window that we needed to replace and got the ball rolling! We had a big 2nd story bedroom double pane window that the seal failed so it looked like amoebas were attached to the glass. They came out this morning, a crew of three, set up scaffolding and took the damaged window out and installed the new one in a matter of hours. I'm sitting in my bedroom now looking at a bird and expecting it to fly right in. You can hardly tell there is glass there, it's so pure and clear! My only regret is that their truck wasn't on our street 10 years ago! I would call them back in a heartbeat for any glass or mirror work we may need in the future! Call them!!!

I decided to go with a door and window company along with their installation, vs a home improvement store and installation. The sales person my wife and I worked with at Discount Glass & Mirror, Juliet, was very helpful showing us the various choices that would meet our needs and budget. She was also the point of initial contact when I needed help with an installation issue and directed me to the right person immediately. While I did have a relatively minor issue with several of the door tracks after installation, the service department quickly identified the issue and promptly made it right. I was very impressed by Mike, the manager of the installation department, for his thorough knowledge and prompt effort to resolve it quickly to my satisfaction. The crew that came to my home to resolve my issues, Luis and Roy, were very diligent and thorough in their effort to make the closet doors work and look perfect. I felt like they were working as if they were their own doors. The final result were very nice looking professionally installed closet doors. I recommend Discount Glass & Mirror highly, and would not hesitate to use them again for other projects in the future.

As a two time former customer, albeit years ago yesterday via Yelp I reached out to C&C and after timely and relevant dialogue was told to make a cardboard template and bring in the glass I wanted cut. The receptionist was friendly and thorough and said she have to have someone else verify if the glass I had could be cut. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered.
