The sales person my wife and I worked with at Discount Glass & Mirror, Juliet, was very helpful showing us the various choices that would meet our needs and budget. She was also the point of initial contact when I needed help with an installation issue and directed me to the right person immediately. While I did have a relatively minor issue with several of the door tracks after installation, the service department quickly identified the issue and promptly made it right. As a two time former customer, albeit years ago yesterday via Yelp I reached out to C&C and after timely and relevant dialogue was told to make a cardboard template and bring in the glass I wanted cut. The receptionist was friendly and thorough and said she have to have someone else verify if the glass I had could be cut. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered. Me being in my late 50's means I refuse to give $ to any business that treats customers like crap. The only good to come of my time at C&C was a free notepad and pen.
