We moved from Ontario to Cobble Hill and hired a local contractor to renovate the house we'd purchased. We approved pricing for a glass patio railing on May 13. Chris at Nugget said we'd be installed within 4 weeks. he was 2 weeks late. He didn't even order glass from his supplier until May 27. When the glass finally arrived, he admitted that he did not have the hardware to mount it. I mentioned this experience to a hiking buddy who told me that he'd given up on Nuggett and Chris as they were non-responsive. BTW, Chris gave us an initial price of $300/foot and came in at $340/foot. The final installation was as ordered. We brought in one piece of glass for a simple straight cut. We were told to pick it up in a week! A week later, it still isn't done. They obviously don't care about your business, and are completely unreliable. Go anywhere else, it'll be worth it. read more

6 blinds were brought in to be cleaned, charged 123 dollars for cleaning, when I got them back, two were actually missing multiple slats. Owner said they were brought in that way! Have pictures from before that showed them complete. Keep away from poor service and bad attitude read more
