Everyone is usually very helpful. The staff are great. Only downside is it gets crowded pretty easy and quiet often. But it's always cool because we are all literally in the same boat. Lol.

Drawing on my background in cannabis, particularly in back-of-house operations, it's crucial that all concentrates (rosins, resins, and badder) be stored in a temperature-controlled environment or refrigerated storage. When concentrates are kept at room temperature, the natural degradation process can cause the THC content to slowly diminish, impacting the product's integrity and ultimately leading to a less satisfactory customer experience. Implementing cold storage is the best way to maintain potency. (I would like to mention that some concentrates were refrigerated but not all which was my main concern) Separately, when I inquired about this, the employee I spoke with was unfortunately condescending and dismissive of my concern. While different concentrates do have varied ideal smoking temperatures, the necessity of refrigeration for long-term potency integrity is standard practice. I recommend some focused training to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about best-practice storage requirements and maintain professional, respectful customer interactions, even when they disagree.
