I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I asked my friend Clay B. to look at it, for me. The tool he used was (1)common sense and (2) a flashlight, and (3) a wrench. he spotted the problem within 2 minutes. on top of the tranny, a bolt worked loose one that they didn't tighten. He went to Ace hardware bought a $1 dollar bolt and fixed it for me. They were out to do that and charge me a price of removing and a tear down plus a clutch and expect me to GIVE Them money for work they didn't plan on doing. Never go there. When I went there they were on the phone, telling Edison electric they would go to an authorized payment center a place to pay on the electricity bill obviously behind on Bill's, and they would scalp customers like me for work weren't going to do. The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. One helpful note for first-time visitors: when entering the lot, the main entrance is to the left rather than straight ahead. I accidentally drove toward the back at first, but someone from the smog shop next door kindly redirected me. Overall, the experience was great.
