They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. When they saw a fault light they opened the hood and discovered a rat's nest. A rat or rats had started living in the car because my dad, who is elderly, barely ever drives it since 2023. The rat(s) had gnawed through multiple wires to various systems. Given the reputation of auto repair places I was very wary. But they made sure the whole situation was documented and the insurance company covered it. They also repaired a bunch of scratches and dings that had happened over the years, at reasonable prices.
