We did not feel comfortable driving the car in that condition, so we had it towed to an auto body shop. We were incredibly fortunate to find M & J open on a Sunday. When I called and explained what had happened, Julio told me that they would wait for us to arrive. After such a stressful experience on the highway, that reassurance meant a lot. As soon as we arrived, Julio understood exactly what needed to be done. He and his coworker worked quickly and carefully to reattach and secure the mirror. They made sure it was properly bolted and firmly secured, rather than simply doing a quick temporary fix. The quality of their work was outstanding. I was able to drive close to 180 miles without worrying that it would come loose. That peace of mind was incredibly important to me. What impressed me just as much as their workmanship was their honesty, kindness, and empathy. They were straightforward about what needed to be done and never tried to make the situation more complicated than it was. They understood that we had just been through a stressful accident and went out of their way to help us when we really needed it.
