Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

Life savers! On my…read moreway home to Westchester from Brooklyn, i hit a huge/deep pot hole on the ramp to the Bruckner Expressway. I knew i had a flat and was looking for a place to find a spot away from traffic and I was able to exit to the Bruckner Plaza. Usually I can change a spare tire by myself no problem (this wasn't my 1st rodeo). However, for some reason the flat tire wouldn't come off, and it was freezing. I eventually resorted calling my automobile's roadside assistance. I provided them my location and the problem. They indicated that they contacted Hope Roadside, and that the ETA was approximately 45 minutes. This was like around midnight too, and it was freaking brick outside. They came on time as estimated. The guy helped me out. At first he tried to pull off the tire too, but he indicated that it's stuck on pretty good (probably frozen). He proceeded to pull out a sledge hammer and knocked the tire off. Luckily the hub wasn't damaged from the sledgehammer. When putting on the spare, the mechanic noticed that one of my lug nuts was shredded, so it wouldn't screw on correctly. He indicated that he can only screw on 4, which should be enough, but I need to eventually get it checked out. The guy that helped me understood that it was late at night and it was freezing, so he came and got the job done as quickly as possible. I definitely appreciated the help. He provided recommendations to drive only 40-50 MPH since i am using a donut with only 4 nuts bolted on. The guy was very helpful. 2 thumbs up!

In early October my car broke down on a Parkway. I was towed by the State Police Towing company to…read moreNorthern Boulevard and 219th Street in Queens. It was 9pm, dark and the car was un-drivable. I called AAA to tow me to a AAA recommended garage. After over 4 hours of waiting, AAA told me they had no driver available to tow me, and that I should call a private towing company. It was after 1am and I was quite nervous. I called Power Lift Automotive and the dispatcher, Rob, answered the phone. He was very reassuring and said that Justin, his driver, would be there within 45 minutes - and he was. I was still nervous because I had to pay cash and leave my car with Justin whilst I got a cab home. But both Rob and Justin reassured me that Justin would take photos of the AAA service station and of my keys being dropped into their drop box - and I received many photos and a texted receipt. Today I called to get a proper receipt to present to AAA for reimbursement and spoke to Andy the owner. What a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, reliable and competent team of people who put their customers needs and well-being first.
