I have shopped this store from years and it is consistently fair deals and friendly folks. I love Wednesday shopping because they give me a 25% senior discount and they also have a reward system. They have punch cards you get and for every $!0 you get a spot punched. When your card is full, the card can be used to apply $10 toward your purchase. I love exploring Pantego and now I can add Nu2U to my list of thrifting and donation spots. It's an "upscale resale shop" run by the local non-profit, Arlington Urban Ministries. Their mission is to "provide emergency assistance for utilities, rent, and food for those in crisis in Arlington." Pretty awesome. Open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 10-5; Thursday and Friday from 10-6. It's nice and cozy in here. It seems like everything is placed with intention and there are cute displays. A lot of resale shops feel pretty unorganized and disheveled, and I get it because there's so many goodies moving in and out all the time. Nu2U is true to its "upscale resale" claim and feels borderline trendy-boutique-thrift. This is my favorite thrift store! It's clean, and has lots of women's clothes. The clothes are clean too, and separated by sizes and boutique brands. They also have a furniture, books, crafts, dinnerware and miscellaneous items. I always come here and find something great! They have dressing rooms and the proceeds go to charity. They often have sales and fun themes like Ladies Night. The workers are so friendly and doing great work! read more

I have been shopping here since they were in division street. Most of my kids clothes and a good chunk of my andy husband's clothes come from here. The store is clean and orderly. The staff are very warm and inviting. TO THE ONES SAYING THEY DIDNT GET WAITED ON IN THE STORE: this is NOT the mall. It is a charity thrift staffed primarily by volunteers. Just as any thrift store and most retail these days nobody will pounce on you to give you a personal tour and take your things to your reserved dressing room. To say anything about that shows an utter dearth of knowledge about thrift stores. If you ask for help it is gladly given. The store is well lit and clean. This store is a great store. There are always friendly staff, they receive new items frequently and most are of high quality. Depending on what you are shopping for, you may just find what you need. I can almost guarantee you will find something that you want. ;o) Their sales usually make me feel bad for paying so little, especially since I know their funds go for a much needed cause. This was my first time going to this store. I walked in and no one greeted me they basically ignored me. I continued to look around and another employee saw me in need of some assistance and she walked to the back. So I waited as I I was standing upfront to look inside the jewelry case and no one said anything. However as I was about to say something the cashier waived good bye and I was like wow. Okay bye. I went by to try to give this store an opportunity to redeem themselves from a previous, unpleasant shopping experience. They were supposed to be open according to on-line, yet they were closed. In October 2019, the 2 workers there totally ignored me when I entered the store and for at least 10-15 minutes NEVER offered assistance or even acknowledged my presence. I use to love shopping at Nu2U. They had great merchandise at reasonable prices and friendly people who were always helpful and remebered me each time I stopped in. After being away for a while i was excited to return and see what goodies i could find. I was highly disappointed. First i guess they had a staff change and none of the friendly faces i remembered were there.
