Thank you to the other Yelpers who mentioned that there is no customer bathroom available. I made a stop nearby first for that. Yes, there is no bathroom which is unfortunate as I would have had to leave if I didn't know that in advance. I wish they would consider adding a bathroom as emergencies happen, even if you prepare. Price, selection, quality and unique variety (lots of arts and crafting materials) all great. Super clean and organized so well! Team members were all so nice and seemed like they really liked working there!! That's a good sign. I can't wait to return. I bought a car full of toys, shoes, craft materials, and kitchenware. Oh, and a fab lamp!! The parking lot made me nervous though!! This place was packed on a Thursday at 1:30 pm. There was a line of cars down the street waiting to enter the lot, and cars were backing up so close to others, watched two accidents nearly happen while waiting for a spot. They could use a larger lot.

This is a busy thrift store, full of treasure that changes frequently. There is a main store, and a…read moresmaller separate store (with fancier stuff - ish). Check out both. Because of the popularity of this store, it is fair to say you can expect to find new offerings all the time. Outside of the fact that all items are second hand, and therefore cheaper than a brand new item, the prices are a little higher than other thrifts. However - it's very clean and very well organized, and that requires a lot of staff hours. Everyone that works there knows what they are doing - it's a well oiled machine. You have to pay a fee to use a credit card, so bring cash.

When I walked in the door, there were a few women working but there wasn't a greeting from any of them until I reached the back of the store. Finally I got a "good morning" from a staff member. The other staff members were busy chatting amongst themselves. As a thrift shopper, I have some favorite stores and this won't be one of them.

She was rude to my wife, rude to my mother, rude to me - you get the idea. It's as if she didn't want us spending money there. And, truth be told, I may never do so again. I do sympathize for folks renting space there. They have such great items and well organized booths. They deserve management that treats customers properly and encourages people to come back. Instead, here I am writing a negative review.

I end up not finding anything because I can't remember where I saw stuff I want. And those big ones get so much duplicates of merchandise. This one is right with pretty different merchandise. I took the one back to the store (the others had juice), asked if I could just swap out the one bottle because the others had juice in them now. Nope, wont do that, asked if I could buy a whole other set and get discounted for the value of the single bottle? Nope, they wouldn't do that. The girl called for a manager. A guy named Cedric came and refused to help. In fact, he had a HUGE chip on his shoulder over the situation, in spite of the fact that I brought the packaging with it with the barcode and he could have easily got another sale out of it. I went back a few weeks later and the same manager was staring at me like I was a shoplifter or something. It was awful. I absolutely won't be back, but that's probably how they want it. I was treated how you would treat someone who you wanted to know you didn't want them back. I didn't have my receipt (I had the card I paid with, which they wouldn't look up, even though I literally returned an item like a decade ago, and thats EXACTLY how they looked up my purchase). I found the receipt once I got home, but didn't bother going back. It literally wasn't worth the gas at that point to make a second trip. Their prices are ludicrous too. You think, oh prices are going up because the cost to ship is going up, but they've literally retagged items that were already in the store with higher prices. Very slimy vibe.

The…read moredisclaimer with my review is that I had a short timeframe to check this store out for my first time. I will have to return again when I have more time to browse. I was curious if they had couches here, as I'm currently shopping around for a large comfy sectional. This isn't the store for that, but they do have a few smaller couches. I was most drawn to their collection of large area rugs at decent prices and floor length mirrors. Keeping this place in my back pocket for those items. That being said, I can still find lower priced rugs and mirrors elsewhere online. The rest of the store feels a little cluttered and chaotic. There are overhead signs to guide you which is helpful, but it felt a bit like you'd have to hunt for items on shelves as everything was packed close together. This could be fun though when you have more time and want to search for the perfect piece! I don't get the impression that this would be my go to or one stop shop if I had specific home goods I wanted or needed, but an option for browsing and being surprised by something fun.
