One call and a text with a picture of the broken bracket later, and Mark and Nate (the father and son team and store owners) were scheduled to come out the same day to make the repair in my home. They were flexible in scheduling the appointment, replaced all of the original brackets and added an extra to ensure stability, finished the repair in under 20 minutes with absolutely no mess, and charged me $100 total for the new brackets, the installation and labor, and the travel to and from my home. The installer came at the exact time that he indicated he would arrive and let me know the steps and approximate time he would be at my house and gave me a tutorial on how to use the blinds. She came over and took measurements and we discussed the projects I wanted completed. She was in my house for 1.5 hours! I sent her follow up emails with multiple pictures and design ideas I wanted to incorporate. She said she would follow up within 2 weeks. Now, 2 months later- nothing. I have sent follow up emails to the PM, called the PMs cell phone as well as the main business number leaving voicemails. No return calls or emails. Even a short message saying they are too busy to take on new projects would have been well received. Why even come over to my house to NOT give me a quote or follow up with me again??
