The disinterested "It's not my business" manager initially accused me of not paying the machine. When I insisted on getting my drier time she phoned the owner who instructed her to poke my coins out of a machine she obviously knew to be faulty. Afterwards the jaded mangler (sic) wouldn't put up an "Out of order" notice on the faulty drier, as was posted on other machines. Her tone was so dismissive and unkind. I was desperate because the dress was for my birthday party so I left it. I went in today and told her I needed her to fix a new dress and explained how she'd help me before. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and said I don't know what you want me to do. I walked out this time. This lady is so rude and I will not accept being spoken to this way while bringing money into her shop. I will never set foot in this place again and will tell everyone I know in this area not to go there. Unbelievably rude.

I brought in a very expensive Calvin Klein trench coat to have the sleeves taken up. I put it on…read morethere and they pinned the sleeves to a spot we agreed on. I picked up the coat and brought it home to find the sleeves are too short (and I'm only 5'2" so that's saying a lot!). They definitely took off more than we agreed on. I now rarely wear the coat because the sleeves ride up well above my wrist when I move my arm, and it makes me feel like a tool. And they are pricey-- I spent $25 on a dress in a thrift store, but then it cost $50 to fix a zipper and hem an inch.
