They also missed one of the holes completely and just didn't repair it. It is now worse off than when I dropped it off and what should've been an easy fix will now end up costing me even more. Her tone was so dismissive and unkind. I was desperate because the dress was for my birthday party so I left it. I went in today and told her I needed her to fix a new dress and explained how she'd help me before. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and said I don't know what you want me to do. I walked out this time. This lady is so rude and I will not accept being spoken to this way while bringing money into her shop.
