They also missed one of the holes completely and just didn't repair it. It is now worse off than when I dropped it off and what should've been an easy fix will now end up costing me even more. I would have preferred if when this was dropped off, they had explained that they do not specialize / do knitwear repairs vs than doing a hack job.
