Sent me the quote a day later. Nearly a year (to the date) later, I called him back out for a requote, and he quoted the same (I was happy). The crew was out for the next 2 full days and upon completion, you couldn't tell they were there save for the cracks outside in the bricks going away and the dirt they brought in to prevent standing water near the house. They also replaced a few boards on my back deck that they removed to add a few piers. Crew was very professional and was constantly working. This time was after a fairly large slab leak, where we are noticing part of the house seems to have maybe lifted a tiny bit. Both times, they were easy to schedule with. They had the soonest availability and just made it simple. Both times, they came out and did a comprehensive inspection at no cost and gave me the readout. Both times, they did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The first time, we did not really have any issues. This time, he did say part of the house was higher a little bit, but that it should settle on its own in a few months and that they would come back out and check it again at that time. I appreciate that they do not try to find BS to try to charge you for when you don't need it. It's a good strategy because I will always trust them, and when there is eventually an issue, I am sure I will have them take care of it.
