We had a limited budget for this project, and after coming to our home to measure and see the possibilities of what we were wanting, she figured it several times with several materials options to get us the best choices for the best price. We couldn't be more pleased with Jinx and her office manager, Keysha, nor with the installers, Juan and PeeWee. They were able to complete the project, (which involved tearing out porcelain tile and carpet and installing the new floor) in 3 days. I loved the selection of materials, loved the "no pressure" salesmanship, and loved the promptness and professionalism of the people involved in this project from start to finish. The crew was out for the next 2 full days and upon completion, you couldn't tell they were there save for the cracks outside in the bricks going away and the dirt they brought in to prevent standing water near the house. They also replaced a few boards on my back deck that they removed to add a few piers. Crew was very professional and was constantly working. An hour later, his roofing technician was busy at work replacing some rotted decking, then added flashing to keep the roof from leaking again; finally blending in the replacement shingles. Asay roofing corrected the leaking roof issue for us, unlike Bob's Roofing and Remodeling (from Caddo Mills) that replaced the roof ten years ago and failed to install the protective flashing. The poor quality of the prior roof replacement caused interior water damage. If we ever need to replace the roof, we definitely will utilize Asay Roofing. The island was out of square. They used leftover, altered sinks for our job. When contacted to try and make it right, the owner hung up and dodged calls multiple times. When confronted in person, had no cares in the world about making it right. Multiple contractors commented on it being the worst granite job they have ever seen. Avoid these folks at all cost.
