Absolutely horrible customer service provided by the Vice President, Sherri…read more I scheduled their CCW class back in October for a December slot. A week before the class began I changed my mind and decided not to attend. When I went in to cancel my slot and receive a refund it turned into a huge ordeal. The gentlemen working the store (although pleasant) were unable to do anything to help me, instead handing me a business card for Vice President Sherri and directing me to contact her for a resolution. I sat in the store on what turned in to a 20 minute phone conversation with her. Sherri was completely unwilling to cancel my class and refund my money. I sat through a cringeworthy sales pitch (guided by some mystery man in the background of the phone call) about why they think they are better than other classes, the benefits of their class, and was offered multiple times to reschedule, none of which applied to what I was calling about. Sherri said they are not able to process refunds on classes due to the business eating the cost of credit card processing fees and reward points earned, yet still refused even after I offered to receive a refund minus these estimated costs. Adding to the confusion, she said if I go through the entire class and say I "didn't learn anything" then she would process a full refund, including the aforementioned fees. Sherri would rather go through all that headache and argue with a customer than simply do the right thing and refund my money to begin with. She seemed far more concerned with 'winning the battle' on the phone than doing right by her customer. The lack of refundability was also never disclosed prior to pre-paying for the class. I was offered store credit after significant back and forth, which I refused. After this experience I am no longer interested in ever doing business with Insight again.

Also, noticed they had an outdoor axe throwing target and decided to go inside. As we stepped inside it wasn't too busy. It was clean, nicely lit and was very organized. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. They had a variety of guns, and for kids they had GoatGuns and other items. They had a bathroom for customers which was well kept and clean. I didn't have time to actually go axe throwing or go to the shooting range but plan to next time I'm in town.

I shot a bunch of guns and it was a total blast, especially the big ass belt-fed gun. It's not cheap, but hey either is ammo and upkeep, so I get it. Nice little gift shop as well, got myself a shot glass. I had a great experience and If I ever end up in Williams again, I'd love to bring a friend or family member here.

A few minutes later this man comes out and ask us rudely what we want. He was very unkempt with wrinkled shorts, a dirty t shirt and old flip flops on his feet. We started asking questions and he was totally obnoxious. Even scary. He was nasty and loud and I could not figure out what we had done to aggravate him.
