Then he stuck my big beautiful vein and managed to get air in the line so the blood was contaminated, bruising my arm and dismissing very quickly. Very bad and I won't be donating to the Red Cross again.

In the paperwork they give you it clearly says you are entitled to a refund. However the owner is refusing to give my money back. She has lied to me during this whole month telling me they were going to give it to me back now she is telling me they are not. The man who works up at the front desk told me they have no money in their company account! Scary... If you are a college student at Yavapai college. Please do not go here. That's what I am I am just trying to get through my nursing degree and these people have been a complete nightmare. I am working on getting Yavapai college to stop recommending this school.

The class size was small which I liked very much their was only 5 of us! I believe that I got the proper one on one training that I needed from this class... The learning curriculum was watching 4-5 min videos from AHA and then doing the hands on training by yourself and also in a group or a pair. Their was room for lots of practice! The instructor walked around and made sure everyone was doing everything correctly. At the end we did group scenarios and took the BLS test which was 25 questions. I'm a lawyer and my wife is a doctor. The owner of AERT is a crooked liar. Don't go there…read more There are many other cpr classes in the Phoenix area. I signed up online for a class and AERT unilaterally cancelled it and then told me that I would have to take a class at a different location (in a bad part of town) on a date that would be too late for me to obtain a certificate I needed at that time. The owner then said in a loud, angry voice: "We cannot provide you with any classes!!" and hung up the phone. Despite all this, she charged my wife and I $100 for the class. We complained to citicard and Ms. Jaime sent a letter lying about what happened and claimed that we simply failed to show up for the class. I don't know how anyone has given this crooked company a positive review.
