He taught him how to take apart his gun and what the parts were called. My son loved working will Gil and learned to properly stand and shoot a pistol and a rifle as well as hand grips. In the paperwork they give you it clearly says you are entitled to a refund. However the owner is refusing to give my money back. She has lied to me during this whole month telling me they were going to give it to me back now she is telling me they are not. The man who works up at the front desk told me they have no money in their company account! Scary... If you are a college student at Yavapai college. Please do not go here. He would share with us about his Montessori activities and learnings and how he got to show the other students how to accomplish practical life activities and Montessori focus games like the pink tower, the beads, or the cubes. What a wonderful foundation to his creative mind! We appreciated the 5 to 1 teacher-student ratio in the classroom. The child led, hands on method promoted his independent thinking and fostered problem solving. The teachers and owner, who have tremendous experience in Montessori education, instructed our son when needed (specifically in reading and writing in preparation for attending first grade later this year) and allowed him to manage himself outside the tutorial and circle times. The school really cares about enriching the childhood experience through the Montessori method and is a great choice for a child's education. The Prescott area is very fortunate to have this safe, affordable institution available. We look forward to sending our daughter to Montessori Children's Academy when she is older. Thank you MCA!

This is a great school, it can be challenging for some students though. It helps to recognize your…read morechild's strengths, academically before enrolling. This school does a great job about covering all bases of academics but gears more towards math and science. If your child is more of an arts and literature student, this is not the school for them. That doesn't mean your child isn't smart or adequate enough for this school but why put them through the misery of attending a school where they don't enjoy learning? There are plenty of parents who have more than one child and may one have one or two enrolled at BASIS and the other(s) enrolled elsewhere. I love the LET teachers assigned in the lower levels, they really do a great job in assisting the kids in succeeding and the teachers and the deans are all great and caring towards the kids. This school is very anti-bullying which is another plus for this parent.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott has an amazing campus and the staff and students are all very welcoming. There are many attributes that I appreciate about this university. First, the class sizes are smaller which allows for a more personalized experience for students to establish a closer relationship with the faculty. In addition, to great campus life. There is a lot to do in Prescott, exploring downtown, hiking and taking advantage of what nature affords here. So glad Embry-Riddle is his choosen University.
