Grand Master Wilson has developed a very holistic curriculum based around Hapkido. It's a very practical and effective system for real-world self defense. Best of all, Sleeping Lion has age-appropriate classes for everyone. My kids are in the youth program and are learning so much and having a great time. I've seen their skills develop and their self confidence has skyrocketed! Sensei Nina Wilson runs the youth programs and she is excellent! The adult classes are amazing. Both Master Nelson and Grand Master Wilson are superb instructors. They are very good at paying attention to the strengths and weaknesses of their students and working with each of them to achieve their goals.
