I went to the hat shaping queen herself, Bailey, and gave her my best attempt at explaining what I wanted. I'm honestly surprised she didn't need a translator for what I was trying to describe, but within about 20 minutes it was exactly how I pictured. Even with me asking what were probably some dumb questions, she only gave me a smile and a clear explanation every time. I can't say Teskey's is my all-around favorite shop, but Bailey is my favorite hat shaper -- so this is where I'll be getting my hats suppose. Pizza out side smelled pretty good too.

I received assistance from an older woman who came off as quite condescending. She inquired about how long I've had my horse and how long I've been riding, then suggested that many women my age often get horses due to a midlife crisis. She was very snarky and She seemed rather unhappy, and I even caught her discussing her personal life with other customers, which felt unprofessional. Overall, it was an uncomfortable situation, and I'm not likely to return.

They told they'd call us back today, I gave my name and number and specific instructions to call me, not my son and they agreed. No call, but they did call my son to tell him they were crediting his card back. No explanation, no Im sorry, nothing. I called them, Susan picked up the phone. Rude and abrupt she said she already talked to my son and is crediting him, I couldn't get a word in and she hung up. Ordered boots Jan 10, March 12th and he wont have his first pair of hard earned boots for his first polo tournament. No reason, no record of the order, no apology. She met us and knew we needed a wider saddle. She found a Prestige model in a short time-frame for us rather than waiting months for a custom made saddle.
