We called several water delivery companies and finally decided upon Bubba's water delivery service. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule two times due to our Pool construction delay. Bubbas was able to adjust to meet our schedule. We are not disappointed. Their service is excellent, communication by both text and phone calls is on point, and the day we needed the water delivered they adjusted their schedule to begin early delivery. The water delivery was very professional and seamless. We were able to pay over the phone and get a hand written receipt. The pool is now ready for our family and we are very grateful.

We discovered a small leak in the wall behind our tankless water heater and like any new homeowner, freaked out. We called PR Plumbing and they told they send out someone out between 4 and 6 PM. At 4:10, Eric showed up and within minutes, he was 90% sure what the issue was. Turns out he was spot on and fixed the issue within a few hours. The issue? - When installing tankless water heaters into new builds, sometimes the plumbers do not fully clamp the copper piping to the PVC pipe tight enough causing a very very slow leaks. Over time and use it gets worse. When I asked how long he thought this had been leaking for he said, "probably shortly after the completion of the home in 2019" Say what?! Luckily we were home when the leak really gave away. Can you imagine if we went on vacation during the Christmas holiday? PR plumbing charges about $135 an hour, which includes labor, but not parts needed. I thought that was a pretty stellar rate! All together we were just under $300 total for the job.

However, he took the time to listen to the problem (Leaking main). He added me to his schedule very quickly. He knew that I was very stressed out and worried about the situation. His crew came out and took care of everything. The service was professional, friendly, and affordable. The difference between Goode Plumbing and others that I called.... The others would not give me even a vague ballpark figure of how much it would cost or how quickly they can fix it without coming to my house. Goode Plumbing took the time to let me explain everything, I send a couple pictures, they provided me with a ball park idea of cost. I understood that it could change once his crew arrived due to my explanation and other things that may change the estimate. They fixed it and stayed at the quote. There was a little misunderstanding, but they were willing to take care of it, however I was able to take care of it on my own. I do not feel as intimidated by my plumbing as I did before this incident. They took the time to explain so many things to me.

They were right on time, professional, really great at explaining what they were doing (even providing information on a plumbing need we have in the future) and super friendly. They left everything clean, wrote up a very descriptive summary and everything was repaired or replaced as planned. I hope to see these two when we do our next plumbing project.
