A day or so later she got back to me- she was sick with flu and had been hospitalized. Therefore, no orders were going out. Okay, I am sympathetic to that, sort of. You own & run a business, the buck stops with you. Drag your husband, mom, daughter -think outside the box- make calls at least and tell customers there orders will not be delivered. Anyway, she also said she'd deliver a complimentary bouquet when she got back to the office AND, of course, no brainer, credit my account the 138.00. Guess what? It's been 2 weeks, neither of those things have happened. The charge certainly was posted, no problem at all, immediately, sick or not, I got charged. The credit? Hmmm....seems to be AWOL. I am wasting yet more of my time Monday morning on hold with my Visa card bank. Not only did she totally fail the assignment, (to deliver birthday flowers to someone), she has failed even further, I am investing alot of time & aggravation. How would the flowers have been? NO Idea. Didn't get that far. Just hope she doesn't get sick if you send anything via her.

DESERVES NEGATIVE START ABSOLUTE GARBAGE- ZERO HUMAN DECENCY…read more I was sent A funeral arrangement for my son From a family Friend FTD The first arrangement arrived completely dead and rotting within two days of receiving it. When I complained, instead of correcting it with respect for a grieving family, they sent out a horrific "duplicate replacement" that was yellow, orange, and covered in bright pink bows. Sending clownish, neon-bright birthday colors for a child's death is insulting, incompetent, and completely unhinged. When confronted, the man running this shop was incredibly rude, aggressive, and uncaring. He told me to just "deal with it" and that "I got what I got." is run by a cruel, heartless monster. Do not trust them with your money, and especially do not trust them with your sympathy or funeral needs. They will ruin your event and attack you for speaking up.
