Four hours later, in a panic over unexplained results delivered completely abruptly, we finally spoke to Ewa the actual doctor who told us she's too busy to discuss issues in test results and they leave that to the secretary!!! What kind of a crackpot operation is that? When a doctor straight up tells you they're too busy to do their job, that's a clear indication of a terrible practice that should be avoided.

Some people shouldn't work in a field where the health and welfare of their patient isn't their priority. After all this frustration and waiting for as long as we did. In the light of day, a young lady named Rebeka was courteous and asked us on our status and dedicated to making our wait bearable and understandable. Pre op physical surgical clearance 8-7-26 blood work EKG chest x-ray which is needed to clear me…read morefor surgery which I waited 8 weeks September 1st this day of surgery. The results had to be my doctor's office by August 25th. I get a call from my doctor's. I was stating they need the clearance and the report on my x-ray of my chest. That was on August 26th. My doctor's office called them twice. They never returned the call so I had to call them twice that day. The next day the 27th. I called four times stated I need the clearance paper signed by an MD or a Do not a doctor's assistance. I had to go there in person requesting the results of my physical and for the clearance paper to be signed by an MD or Do. The papers are given to me but signed by the doctor's assistance. And for the reason that I needed an MD or Do sign on the clearance paper is for insurance reasons. So I had to call Care station again requesting that I needed this clearance paper signed by a doctor. So now I may not have my surgery on September 1st. So I will stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache. Very incompetent people.
