I had a great experience working with Dustin Paschal at Simon|Paschal PLLC…read more I'm based in another state and not familiar with Texas employment laws, so having someone who can bring things down clearly and guide me through both the investigation and the termination process made all the difference. Dustin was incredibly thorough and his investigation prompt with his summary notes and also kept me in the loop so I never felt out of step of what was happening. His professional professionalism, responsiveness and ability to explain the why behind each step gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Their pricing was reasonable and fair. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend Dustin in the firm for any employment needs.

What stood out most was his fairness and integrity. The fees were very reasonable--especially compared to other firms I spoke with that seemed more focused on taking advantage of the situation than providing real value. I highly recommend Simon | Paschal PLLC to anyone needing support with employment-related matters. He is knowledgeable, effective, and truly advocates for his clients.

Their tenacity was very apparent, not only to use but also to defendants attorneys. They knew that Damon was not going to back down. At the end we walked away with reasonable settlement. Rabiah was absolutely amazing with keeping us informed with case development and even sometimes taking time to be there to offer sympathy. MR Civil Justice attorneys not only showed their professional side but also showed thier human side to us. We are very appreciative of their entire team. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication toward the end of my auto…read moreaccident settlement process while working with Brittany. During earlier conversations, I believed the amounts being discussed referred to reductions in medical bills rather than the actual amount I would personally receive from the settlement. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding was not clarified until much later in the process. I was also uncomfortable when a recording of our phone conversation was provided as proof of my acceptance of the settlement amount, as it felt dismissive of my concerns rather than an effort to clarify the misunderstanding. Additionally, I was told that the attorney would look into the possibility of reducing the attorney fees since I would still be responsible for several thousand dollars in hospital bills. However, I never received a clear follow-up regarding whether that discussion took place or what the outcome was. While some staff members were responsive and professional, improved communication and greater transparency would have made this experience significantly less frustrating. Such as informing me there were liens from medical bills before the settlement was finished. As this was the second time I had retained this law firm for an auto accident matter, I reasonably expected the process to be handled in a manner similar to my prior contact. Based on my experience in this matter, I do not feel comfortable recommending this firm to family members or friends at this time
