Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." When I regained consciousness, I was diagnosed with a concussion, broken arm and a herniated disc in my spine. One of my friends had hired attorney Ryan Thompson after a motorcycle wreck and was very happy with the service, responsiveness, and settlement he received. He suggested that I call Thompson Law for my car accident injuries, and it was definitely great advice. I was able to sign up with them electronically on my smart phone the first time I called. They helped me find neurology and orthopedic specialists to treat my brain injury, back injury, and broken bones in my arm, which unfortunately ended up requiring surgery. I wanted an attorney to represent me for a Chapter 35 Hearing for Temporary Authorization to take care of my Grandson because his mother is absent. AMS law group made a mistake when looking over these documents and said it was a custody case and even tried to convince me my own court documents were something other than what they actually said. I believe thats why gave me an outraegous number much larger than what I was told a simple document like that would be. They thought it was a much different case but if they simply read the papers I handed over they would've seen it was a Chapter 35 hearing set for Oct 5th.. nothing to do at all with custody and that was on purpose so things could be smooth and fast so my grandson can go to the doctor and school.
