The most recent visit we were trying to order new cabinetry for a kitchen remodel. After I declined his offer to go in the back room to look at the cabinets he bought for his kitchen he got rude. He was so unhelpful and condescending-He didn't want to help with the layout, he didn't want to give me a visual rendering and finally said he would pass me off and they MIGHT be willing to give a rendering but only one. We took our business elsewhere and spent more money on cabinetry to avoid the hassle of dealing with him. Right on the desk it says they help design. What's the problem? He's rude. He makes me uncomfortable.

They have several difference option on the stains and designs. They mainly deal with contractors and condo renovators, so they do not delivery. It is pick up for yourself only. But there is a UHAUL rental right down the road, which rents trucks for about 25-30 a day. Bottom line, you can get good quality cabinets cheaper than pretty much anywhere else around town, but it more of a do-it yourself-er place.

They had +/- 30 boards and we needed 8 but were told "I'm not going to go through these to find straight ones - you have to take what is on top - that's our policy. Well, you can't make cabinet doors with crooked & heavily cupped wood (or much anything else) so we left. Very disappointed - used to be one of my favorite places - even if they were a bit most costly than other options. Won't be back

The style of the door and the transom didn't match, I called and was told "that's what you ordered" . Really I asked for mismatched styles? For the window I had ordered the lightest clearest low-e glass available, I got the dark type of glass that's recommended for Fla, Nm, Az etc. " That's what you ordered" was the response again. They don't even bother to ask what was shipped or what you ordered, they don't want to know because CYA is the order of the day. Then when you go over your buyer's order you realize that regardless of the conversation you had with their salesperson the printed order is so vague that they could ship you anything at all and claim that's what you ordered. My contractor bought my siding there, it's an off-brand and the quality doesn't impress. Really shoddy practices I ordered the rest of the windows ( Andersen) from The Plywood Mart although they won't match these and they were more expensive, that shows how I feel about sponsoring this store again

They are all knowledgeable about their products and always have some sort of deal on tile. They rearrange their showroom regularly with the latest trends and keep the tiles clean for display. I went yesterday to get some tile for my garage project and they had tiles out on the front parking area where they were shampooing and cleaning them with a scrub brush. It's obvious they take pride in their work and want their customers to enjoy the tile as much as they do. Their bathroom is very clean if you need to visit it, and their grout options seem limitless. Instead of going to your local Home Depot or Lowes and buying 30bags of top soil @ $4-$8 a piece go to Construction Supply! I got a yard of dirt= 1 ton of dirt for $23.00 versus going to Home Depot or Lowes and spending close to $100 on dirt? I don't think so! NOTE- You should only purchase products here if you have an open trailer, or a pick up truck. If you care about your truck lining you should put a tarp down to make cleanup easier. My coworker informed me of Construction Supply which was literally 5 minutes from my house. I knew I would need about 30-40 bags of rocks from as they were small rocks and small bags. After going in and talking to some very nice people...and of course talking about football with the gentlemen behind the counter, I was able to get a half of cubic yard for much cheaper than at any Home Depot, Lowe's or any other store. They had no problem loading it in my truck and off I went. Satisfied! Well, of course I didn't get enough on my first trip and only needed a couple of wheel barrels more. They had no problem breaking down the amount that I needed which was not their typical selling amount. I would definitely go back for my topsoil and mulch needs!!! Great prices, great people. Plus the rocks I got look better.

As of this review the store wasn't fully stocked as it was literally the first day open, but I know they will eventually have all the shelves filled. They have a nice selection of tools, pet supplies, and outdoor equipment as well as miscellaneous hardware, clothing and grilling accessories and other items. There's also a pet clinic inside too, so you can take your furry friends in for care if they need it. I'm excited to welcome another great business to the community, if you haven't stopped in to see what they have, you owe it to yourself to do so.
