Not happy...will write more later…read more I had $10.00 fun money. I used it...told the cashier that I had to take pictures of the clothes and send it to my daughter...who lives in another country. She s ar I'd no problem...if they don't like it, you can return and use on another purchase. Well, I ended up returning what I got. I purchased new items, but I was told that the fun cash was as already used......I explained that I was told I could use it again. It was a NO go. I purchased over $100. 00 dollars worth of clothing. I spoke with my daughter, and she told me just to return everything...she was done with Carter's. I did call the 800 number....waited about 15 minutes to speak with a person. She gave me another number to call. Again I waited. She said they would contact the store...but they do not get back to customers. So the long and the short of it...I lost the $10.00....customer service sucked.

I'm willing to pay more since it seems that most children's clothes either make the little girls look like mini street walkers, and the boys look like thugs in training. Gymboree has, IMO, appropriate clothing. This store is always kind of a mess, and while some of the employees are very friendly, most are not. They just sort of stand behind the counter looking apathetic.

The t.v with cartoons playing is a great idea. Only con I have to say about that is the location of the t.v. and the two chairs. I know this isnt a babysitting store or a movie theater but the location is right "under" and between a clothing rack. Customers are trying to browse and shop and your kid is being bumped or it looks like they are in the way when they are just sitting where kids are allowed. The staff is nice and the clothes are good quality. My kid is a Gymboree kid! :)

As far as shopping for your own child though, you might find it a little expensive. My son has literally grown out of sizes before he's even worn something once so justifying some of the price tags at Sweetpea was kinda tough. If you're in this shopping center and have a small child in your life it's definitely worth a stop in for a look.
