Adrian was super great to work with, he set up the photobooth subtly without drawing too much attention from our guests. The photobooth set up time was super quick as well. The photobooth pictures itself were very high quality. Adrian brings lots of fun props that are specific for your event! Such as wedding/marriage specific etc. Adrian ensured that my husband and I had time to take pictures alone as well which I really appreciated. Thank you Adrian for making our wedding day even more fun and special! We look forward to having you in our next upcoming events!

I must say that one of the things I like most about Snapshot moments is not only the design of the print, but the quality of it as well. Its not cheap photo paper nor something of the level you print out at home. Its serious quality paper like if you were to get something printed at a storefront. Kimson also does an amazing job with designing creative templates. I used him for both my kid's birthday parties this year and of course it was a hit. I think my 4-yr-old is addicted to photobooths now. I've gonna to enough parties and weddings now to know a quality photobooth when I see it. Oh - not to mention that I like the concept of an "open air" booth. Its leaves more space for movement and getting lots of people in. I also prefer the 4x6 design/prints that he offers - instead of doing the typical smaller strips. I can't rave enough about SnapShots. Looking forward to using him again next year!

Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. We found our DJ through Black Tie Entertainment, and our assigned DJ was Andrew Nelson. One of the…read morethings that really impressed us about Black Tie is that all their DJs go through both DJ and MC training -- and they don't subcontract, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. When you book, you have an initial consultation with someone from their team who asks thoughtful questions about your style and preferences, and then they match you with DJs based on your vision. That's how we were paired with Andrew. Their communication and planning tools were fantastic. They provide an online portal where you and your DJ can both input and update everything from song requests to timeline details. I had several follow-up calls with Andrew to make sure he really understood our vibe -- and on the day of, the energy and music were absolutely perfect. The ceremony went off without a hitch, and once the dancing started, Andrew really shined. His transitions, timing, and song selections for the dance party were spot-on -- the exact fun, high-energy vibe we were hoping for. Our guests were raving about how much fun they had, and the dance floor stayed full the entire time. There were a couple of minor hiccups -- our ceremony ran long, and Andrew needed about an hour to reset for the reception (which we knew beforehand but did not account for), so there was a short delay outdoors in the heat. And there were a few moments of uncertainty for what was happening next -- but honestly, those were small things that only I or the planner would have noticed. From a guest perspective, everything was seamless. Andrew made up for it 100% once the party started, and we couldn't have been happier with how the night ended. If you're looking for a professional, well-trained DJ team with great tools and even better music -- I highly recommend Black Tie Entertainment. They helped bring our wedding to life.

I really hate leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but sometimes you come across certain…read morebusinesses that leaves you wondering how/why they are in business at all. My husband and I just got married and we hired Joe Lee from Party Favor Photo for Photo Booth services for our wedding. We did not experience any issues leading up to the event. Joe was quite responsive, friendly, and accommodating, and his prices seemed very reasonable for the quality and service so we were quite pleased and excited for Party Favor Photo to be at our event. However, there were some hiccups and miscommunications during the event that my husband and I were dissatisfied with. For one, the photo booth attendant set up about 30 minutes late. Another issue was that the attendant printed the first few photos in color, although we contracted for black and white photos. They were able to resolve this quickly once we realized the issue, so no harm no foul. However, the software continued to be glitchy and crashed several times throughout the night. Some of our photos turned out dark and fuzzy as well. After the wedding, I reached out to Joe to express our disappointment and he responded completely unprofessionally. He accused me and my husband of being cheap customers who didn't want to spring for a more expensive package, which was the reason for the issues. And upon seeing a negative review from one of our guests, Joe jumped to the conclusion that it was my husband who wrote the review and deleted all the photos from our online gallery. He also threatened to sue us for defamation. If it hadn't been for Joe's poor response, I would have given his business a 3 or 4 star review. I am now down to 1 star because of his terrible attitude and unprofessionalism. Edit: the business owner's response to this review is quite telling. Please do not be fooled by his lies.
