So I was planning our companies 50th Year Anniversary in 2017 and was looking around for a good photo booth company. I stumbled upon Top Hat and decided to take a shot. I actually also found them on Groupon and purchased one of their packages. The entire time I was in communication with Mohammed, he was professional and VERY patient. We wanted our photo cards to be customized. He afford an amazing option but it was a bit high (mind you we already spent a lot on the venue and catering so this was one way to cut on the budget). ANYWAYS, I sent him a sample of what we wanted and he did a fantastic job. When Mohammed and his work partner showed up, they were dressed very professional, were very friendly, and nice. Their presentation and table top with props looked very nice and clean. The whole time they were engaging with our company employees and making it fun for them. If my memory serves me right, I think they even offered to help with directing our employees to the photo booth or sign in area...talk about customer service. But I did not want to burden them with that so I just kept going. For two young gentlemen running this small business, they are doing an amazing job. We are a UK couple who decided to get married in Orlando in September 2014, and let me first say…read morefor me, a control freak, making a decision on who was going to take the photos you would have for the rest of your life without actually meeting that photographer was a huge, huge decision and you have to have a lot of trust and I can say without any doubt in my mind that there was no one who could have done a better job at our wedding than Sandra did. From the start she went above and beyond to help us during the process of planning our wedding. Once we booked Sandra we found that the place we wanted to take photos after the ceremony and have our reception was under a lot of construction work which really had an impact on our plans and when we asked Sandra for advice as she knew the area she sent through so much information about alternate places to take photos, gave us loads of information about alternate places for our reception and sent us photos of these places of other weddings she has done there - she was invaluable in helping us make a decision. Sandra helped us out like this a number of times before the big day and kept in regular contact, answered my random questions and concerns and even called me when I was stressing about certain things, which made us feel really comfortable. This above and beyond approach did not end and even on the wedding day when we had a slight logistical issue getting from where we took our photos to meeting our guests for the reception, she drove us in her own car rather than us pay for a taxi - again, something she did not have to do at all, but it's the little things like this that make the difference, she wanted our day to be as easy as possible and did absolutely everything she could to make sure it was stress free. So, onto the actual photos. We had Sandra booked for 5 hours. She arrived at the venue around 30 minutes before her time even started to take photos of the venue before everyone arrived. She loves the natural shots, so photos of us interacting with our guests, laughing, talking etc are stunning. She captured all of the emotion, and we didn't even notice but she got shots of us from every angle imaginable. Even the 'posed' photos with guests which usually I do not like are stunning and look really natural and not forced like other photos I have seen. Another thing about Sandra is that she really puts you at ease, it's not awkward when she asks you to do something which was a concern I always had (English people are really more standoffish and honestly uptight, I am really like that so I worried it was going to be awkward when we were asked to kiss or look at each other lovingly or do something that could put me out of my comfort zone) but nothing was awkward at all, she is a person you can feel really comfortable around and our guests said that too. Before we left for America for the wedding I had been putting shots I wanted on my Pinterest which Sandra looked at and made sure we got the shots we wanted which was a really nice touch. We got a link to our online photos exactly 3 weeks after the wedding just to check we were happy with everything before she put them on disc. Her favourite shots she copied and makes black and white - all of the photos she chose would have been the ones we did too! We also have been sent our disc with our high definition photos, so we will be receiving those soon. We ended up with 1634 photos in total and there is not a single one I dislike, our friends and family love them all too and I honestly cannot find the words to say just how thankful we are that we came across Sandra. Putting your trust in someone is hard to do, but it was clear from the start we made the right choice and our photos are just beautiful. Discussing my options was easy, I was able to select a package in the 1st call and lock in. Then I was contacted to created my custom frame for the event...that was hard on my part because I had to look for examples. But the finish product as you see was beautiful and it matched out red and white color theme! TnT can early to set up in order to be in and out before the event started and they provided a great tutorial (to everyone that asked) on how to take a pic. Mind you we had amateur photographers trying to help everyone out that night...lol. It was so fun, even the more Senior participants had fun with the Photo Booth.
