They were so affordable and talented that she booked them immediately. They set up two meetings prior to the wedding and answered any question we threw at them in a timely manner. On the big day, they texted me that morning & updated me as to their ETA and were early! They immediately began working on outdoor shots, sanctuary photos, etc. The "getting ready" photos were such a special experience and they were so careful to listen to the bride's wants & brought the reference photos we had sent them as inspiration. The ceremony was in a sanctuary so Neethu and Shiji were quiet and unnoticeable during the ceremony. They got great shots and somehow captured the most precious moments without much movement! They let me (the best friend and control freak) help organize the family photos after the ceremony & were so respectful and patient. We worked together to get all the photos done without stressing the couple. The portraits afterwards were so fun and memorable. Neethu took amazing candid shots with angles that complimented the couple & Shiji focused on direction and portraits. After the wedding, they checked in with a few sneak peeks & delivered the completed collection within their promised 6-week turn around. I cannot recommend this amazing duo enough. I actually also found them on Groupon and purchased one of their packages. The entire time I was in communication with Mohammed, he was professional and VERY patient. We wanted our photo cards to be customized. He afford an amazing option but it was a bit high (mind you we already spent a lot on the venue and catering so this was one way to cut on the budget). ANYWAYS, I sent him a sample of what we wanted and he did a fantastic job. When Mohammed and his work partner showed up, they were dressed very professional, were very friendly, and nice. Their presentation and table top with props looked very nice and clean. The whole time they were engaging with our company employees and making it fun for them. If my memory serves me right, I think they even offered to help with directing our employees to the photo booth or sign in area...talk about customer service. But I did not want to burden them with that so I just kept going. For two young gentlemen running this small business, they are doing an amazing job. Quality of service: 5/5 Bob and Saad played great music that fit our personalities and ambiance we wanted to create. The wedding was fun, Bob did a great job emceeing and leading the vibe of the wedding. Responsiveness: 5/5 We asked a few questions here and there and he responded promptly. (i.e. 1-2 days) Professionalism: 5/5 Professional. Cannot say much here. Value: 5/5 Amazing great value for what we paid. Bob and Saad were able to provide us quality service by coming in early to mic up 5 of our musicians, officiant, and groom. However, Bob's prices have gone up since so cannot say the same will hold true in the future. Flexibility: 5/5 He basically has a whole website set up so you can cater to your wedding to your needs.
