Tara is upbeat, friendly, and great at pushing - somehow I don't hate her while she's making me do another 30 seconds of squats. They have options for your budget- I'm currently doing one on one 2x a week but I know that there are group sessions that reduce the cost. They put the prices on their website (love that transparency!) - $70 for individual, $40 for group. It's also nice that they bill you electronically monthly. Easy to deal with. After calling multiple doctors offices and waiting weeks on appointments, multiple doctors could not figure out my issue and wanted to "check back in about a month." In contrast, Andrew answered the phone at Cairn, discussed whether he might be able to help, and saw me the same day. The difference in service, caring, and quality was remarkable. Andrew's advice was later confirmed by tests run by an ENT. I had an issue with my inner ear, and the vestibular therapy he walked me through was much better than the piece of paper offered by my ENT's office with exercises.
