On the same day I confirmed with her and she never responded back. I sent an email confirming the appointment was still taking place on the morning of my appointment. In an abundance of caution I went up there the day of my appointment just in case and no one was there. I'm assuming because they have already been paid for the service that they feel they don't need to be professional which is really unfortunate. So beware if you buy a gift certificate for someone for this business.

Chieko will tell you if she is unsure how to best work on an area, and will never proceed if she does not trust her skill. She once worked on me for 1 hour 40 minutes when I had only booked a 1 hour appointment then asked me to return later that week for a complimentary 30 minute follow up because she was not satisfied with her ability to work out my issues in the time she had available that day. - Chieko reads people well. She can tell when I do not want to talk during a massage, and she respects that. If you want to talk, she is happy to engage. - Chieko reads the human body well.
