The biggest challenge I see here is the upkeep of the old video games, which is hard to keep up with. The staff is friendly and I would recommend going here for a unique experience

Most of the old games are free to play. A few were in rough shape, but we still had a fun time. The newer games and pinball machines cost to play. Great service at both the bar and the pizza counter. The moment we walked in, we were met with uncomfortable stares from the staff. I even commented to my daughter that I didn't feel like we were welcome because of the looks we were getting. We approached the first employee and politely asked whether my niece was allowed in the building. Her response was a dismissive grunt followed by, "I don't know, you'll have to ask the manager." She then pointed to employees standing only a couple of feet away. Before we could even speak further, one of those employees barked at us that guests had to be 16 years old. I responded, "Oh, we saw online that it was kid-friendly. Sorry." Instead of simply clarifying the policy, she rolled her eyes and snapped back, "Sixteen is a kid." There was no welcome, no courtesy, and no attempt to help us understand their rules. We were treated as though we were inconveniencing them simply by asking a question. Whether our niece met the age requirement or not, there is no excuse for treating potential customers with such disrespect. We left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business to families or anyone expecting basic customer service and professionalism
