After watching several parties file in just before us, I was sure we'd have a wait but was pleasantly surprised when we were seated right away. The dining room is full of old photos chronicling the history of the business and the key individuals involved in its success. Our waitress was amazing and was as available as she could be, considering the crowd on hand. We all ordered from the Sunday Features menu with two of us ordering the steak dinner, two orders of the wing platter, and one fajita salad with steak. The fries and boneless wings on the platter were crispy and fresh. I'm not sure if the bleu cheese was homemade or not but it was delicious and creamy. I had the steak dinner with no onions and asked for it medium rare. The person next to me asked for the same, but more towards well done. I think our steaks came out looking identical; both had a little pink. Despite that, the steaks were juicy and flavorful and covered in a hearty gravy. We both agreed that the side of green beans were bland and needed a little seasoning, at least. The mashed potatoes were fine. My boyfriend loved the fajita salad, particularly the chipotle dressing. The parking lot extends across the street and it is a little dangerous crossing that busy road, especially during dusk.

The sweet potato fries were perfect & the cinnamon butter was even better. Salad bar was really fresh & the local cheddar cheese was amazing. The cold prepared salads were a bit too wet but yummy. Only dessert item was jello. The full buffet w/ drink only cost $18! And Karen was the best server!

If this place wasn't so out of the way I'd be a regular!…read more We travelled to meet some friends here from Pittsburgh and now knowing its there I want to go back when I visit Firestone Golf in the future! We started with the brussels sprouts and the salmon bites. The sprouts are your standard balsamic glazed brussels sprouts but the serving size was great! The salmon bites were probably the most underwhelming item we tried, just fine, probably would have been much better if they were cooked a little more or possibly had a different sauce, unsure but they were still good overall. The drinks we tried, millionaire something and the redline were cool twists on classic cocktails but really just ok. For brunch we got the beet salad with steak and the salmon BLT. The Salmon on the BLT was just perfect, crispy and tender at the same time; I think if the bites were cooked the same I would have enjoyed them much more. THE BEET SALAD THOUGH, it was incredible. Now I love a beet salad, but so many are so underwhelming or downright bad, this was NOT the case. It may have been the best beet salad I've had in years. Steak was cooked well but really the beets and the salad were just so well done. The greens and toppings were just all great, I can't speak highly enough of this salad. I would probably get some extra dressing on the side next time but top notch. If you like a beet salad at all you have to order this one for sure.
