In a review to see why this place isn't 5 stars it appears quality of product is not once of the reasons. Truly the yummiest of yum yums! Wow! So moist, perfectly sweet, is the butter cream frosting?!?! So good. I walk in, there's one being helped, the next customer and then me. Within 30 seconds a second, smiling staffer comes out with lots of energy and kindness comes out to take on the next customer. I was in and out with two bundtlets in 5 minutes. I got the lemon and a carrot cake. Yeah that lemon didn't last long. Every bite was satisfying my sweet craving with authority. Slam dunk on whether I'd come here again. Bringing friends and family. When you walk in, the space is efficient, clean, orderly and smells good; very inviting. . read more

Flavors are definitely good and have a handful of selections for everyone. The limited time smores cake did feel like it was just a regular chocolate cake with graham crackers. Not much different. As well as spending a decent amount for a small cake when you can find good brand cake mix at the store for the same price. I will say that they do bake it just right where it has that great cake moisture, especially in the red velvet cake. read more

I swung by Nothing Bundt Cakes here in Sandy last month to get a cake for my wife for her birthday, and I'm glad I did. I secretly visited this store while she was out shopping and purchased the 8" Red Velvet cake (in a bakery box) with a pink peony flower top decoration. And it was a hit! Woo-hoo! My wife loved the red velvet cake and the cute pink peony - which she kept - and we both enjoyed the cake for many nights after the birthday party. The frosting was decadent! And coupled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cold glass of milk...we were in heaven! Yum! Lori J waited on me at the store and was very pleasant. The price out the door was $42...so not cheap by any means...but still a wonderful choice of dessert for very special occasions and even more special people...like my wife! Four Stars for selection, customer service, and de-lish cake! read more

The GF buntlette I bought for a birthday gift was great! But when I asked for a paper toothpick Happy Birthday sign, I got "oh, that's extra". Really? How much? .25 REALLY? You're going to choose to not give a paper toothpick and choose to loose a customer instead. Not very good business sense? read more

Love this location of Nothing Bundt Cakes! The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Love stopping in to try their new bundt flavors, as well as their old favorites. Their bundtlets are great gifts, and the minis, or the larger full size cakes are perfect for parties. read more

The Bundt cakes are always delicious, customer service has been awesome!! I wish they would sell the small Bundt Cakes individually!!

They never let me down when it comes to flavor. My go to red velvet was so good as usual. Still wishing they provided utensils. But, that doesn't stop me from coming lol read more

Pleasant employee. Ordered carrot cake, chocolate chocolate chip and strawberry minis. All were tasty and fresh. Would return and try other flavors. read more

No question, these guys are the best birthday cake out there. My Wife = Vanilla My Mom = Chocolate My Daughters = Confetti Me = Red Velvet (the best) Their cake is fluffy and moist. Their frosting is the best frosting for a cake we've ever had. 5 out of 5 Eaten here 30+ times read more

My daughter just celebrated her birthday and she always requests a cake from here. The service is great but I highly suggest if you're getting one for a group of people, go with the largest size they offer. The smaller one that claims to serve 8 people tends to not rise at this location and is more frosting than cake... however it's always gonna taste good! read more

This is a lovely bakery/boutique! I have enjoyed their cakes before at events, and had one given to me as a gift a few years ago, but recent occasion brought my in to the shop-and I loved what I saw! Shelves and shelves of knick-knacks, decor, trinkets and gifts. Perfect little "extras" to go with thoughtful gifts. There were also display cases full of beautiful pre-made cakes that you could have customized. While I was waiting for my order, I saw another customer order a cake off the shelf and had some things added to it. The ladies behind the counter were working quickly and happily. It seemed like a well-oiled machine in there. I loved the added touch of the Herriman High School flag to my order (for a high school fundraiser.) I had not requested that, but they went the extra mile and made the gift pack even more special. I'll definitely be returning here in the future! read more

I purchased a Bundt cake for my birthday At the State St location It was tasteless. I could not taste the chocolate. I had purchased cakes many times before and was pleased with my cakes. I had received a coupon for a free bundtlet cake for my birthday When I tried to pull up the coupon on my phone I was unable to locate it. I asked the girl at the counter if I could show my drivers license to obtain The bundtlet she told me no. I needed to return with the coupon to receive it I will not return! read more

I live 40 minutes away so I relied on email as a way to contact them. I needed pricing and of course more information for our gender reveal party. I needed something cute and fun and I immediately thought of Nothing Bundt Cakes. Emailed them on 2/9 and I received an answer the next day. April, the owner, was very helpful and answered all my questions. So customer service is 10/10. Due to being 40 minutes away, I had my mom pick up the cake and I was told my mom just needed to tell them my last name. I purchased over the phone because it is a customized order and they texted me the receipt. Bummer that they can't email it to me but no big deal because I still got an actual picture of the receipt. I have been at their store as well and everything is very well organized and clean. Staff greeted me with warm smiles! always a plus especially when you're in a sweet business! Overall I recommend this place if you are looking for a customized cake and or if you're suffering from a "cake emergency". Buy yourself a bundtini as well ;) read more

The past two times I have attempted to purchase a cake for birthday party, I have had problems. The first time they told me I would have to come back in a few hours and then today I was told there was no "froster" so I would have to come back. We returned 5 hours later and still was not ready. We love your cakes but what has happened to this location? I will not be returning and will be getting our cakes from another bakery moving forward. read more

I love their cakes but the last 2 times I have visited this store it was closed during business hours with a note on the door that they had equipment failure and are short staffed. The Bundt cakes are soooo good. My favorite are the minis with the assorted flavors because then you get four different flavors to please everyone! Location is hard to get in and out of with all the traffic but what can you do. On the expensive side but again so worth it for fresh cakes. read more

Came in today to get some cakes (around 11-12) and waited for the lady in front of me to get her pick up order while waiting another man walked in after me and had a pick up order. However, the employees greeted him and served him before me and ignored me? There were three employees behind the counter and only one was helping customers and the other two just stared at me like I was big foot. Waste of time and energy even going here however, I'm glad I didn't waste my money. read more

This was the first time that I had a five star experience here and I am so happy about it!! Usually when I have gone in the past, there has been older angry ladies working the counter who seem to hate the customers even more than they hate themselves. I usually felt like I was entering a hall of terror whenever I was craving a bundt cake from these crazy ladies. BUT, this time was a younger girl with the most enthusiasm that I have ever seen in that store. She was so welcoming and offered the samples kindly. She was ecstatic to help me. I could not stop smiling for how great of an experience it was. Bundt is definitely upping its customer service and I hope it will stay that way!! As always, the bundt cakes are delicious and filling. They are the perfect gift for someone or just to treat yourself. Love it!! read more

Love their cakes. I am a very, very last minute kind of person, but also love a good cake. Got both my kids birthday cakes from here this year. Was able to order and pick up within less than 24 hours for one and less than an hour of the other one. I love their buntlets too. Overall, just a great option. My favorite flavors are red velvet and chocolate. They both have chocolate chips in them and I love that chocolate bite in my cake. Also, their cake is moist (I know that awful word), dense and yet fluffy, and has the best cream cheese icing on top. read more

These bundt cakes are absolutely divine. If I had my way, I would be eating them every day of the year! They are moist and flavorful with a perfect balance of everything that you want in a bundt cake. They come in such an assortment of flavors that you'll never get bored and they even have seasonal flavors. I buy them for my family as a special treat and have never had a complaint! read more

I am a big fan of cakes & cupcakes and this place has some of the best cupcakes (they call them bundtinis). They're perfectly moist & delicious. The icing they use is simply amazing. I love it. I got an assorted box of a dozen bundtinis which took them about 35 minutes to get ready. I got lemon, confetti, white chocolate raspberry, & their monthly special, strawberries & cream. All of them were delicious. read more

This is actually a zero star review - one star is way too kind. This store location has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. My custom Bundtini order was not ready (past the pickup time) and when I got to my school and opened the box to disperse the Bundtinis to my friends I was missing 3 flavors and had extra of a flavor I despise. I called the store location and the only option for rectifying this situation was to bring the box back to the store to exchange it out for the correct order. Yeah....that doesn't work for everyone and it doesn't work for me today. I am at school, in a clocked hour program, and I cannot leave as I have already clocked in (NIMA). Seriously...that's the only solution the store is offering for their mistake??? Who treats customers like that in today's world? I'll tell you who - a business that doesn't value their customers, doesn't want repeat business, and doesn't take pride in what they do. Don't worry nothing bundt cakes.... I won't be spending any more money with you. And that's a big mistake on your part - I LOVE spending my hard earned money on food and especially on sweets. I guess I'll stick with the many other treat shops in Utah. ;-) read more

I have been Thoroughly Happy and Content since my little sister turned me on to the Bundt Cake Scene!!! Yummy- a-couple-weeks ago or thereabouts I lost track of time and was yanking on doors about 15-min after close-and a Very nice young woman with porcelain doll eyes kindly opened the door and treated me with kindness and respect as for me I felt ashamed that i didn't pay more attention to the time . Thanks Jaycee- every store owner wishes they had employees with your dignity and appreciation for customers. I am hooked on Nothing Bundt and have a feeling a couple extra pounds too. read more

The staff was SO rude to us. We had vouchers that we legitimately got through a 5km race entry and when trying to redeem these they treated us like we were trying to steal their cakes! We walked out there feeling like criminals! They could have treat us way different. Would not recommend them. read more

This place is a mess. Avoid if you don't want your plans screwed up. We placed an order at 9:30am for a birthday, to be delivered at 11:30. Called at 11:45, was told they're out on the truck, should be there soon. By 12:20, still nothing. I again called and was told they had been delivered. (First of many realizations this place is dysfunctional.) They absolutely hadn't. ("you're the pediatric place right?" What? no.) 12:30 Jessica, who claims to be the store manager, calls to say we selected 'Pickup' when we ordered (email confirmation says otherwise) and that the order is sitting here for pickup. When reminded that this was a delivery order, she said someone MAY be able to deliver it, but it may not be until 5PM and that will be $23 extra dollars. HA what a joke! Soooo when I first called to inquire, no one even bothered to check the name/order I was calling on, just said "yep, they're out for delivery!" Further, it didn't dawn on anyone that the 11:30am order still sitting around by 12:30 may need attention? Is it not standard to call the customer an hour after said "pickup" time to check in? All around a joke of an experience, would never order from here again and would never recommend to anyone else. Jessica was extremely rude and snappy, took no responsibility for the issue at her store and was unable to produce problem solving skills in a customer service situation. A kind woman named Debbie tried her best to help, she was very nice. Ps: edit your website if you don't offer delivery. It's in bright red font right on the Order Now screen, where you also select a delivery time and delivery address (why would you need my address for a pickup order?). read more

The cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes are NOT in the same league as cakes that you pick up in the grocery store, and the price reflects that. Yes, I am agreeable to pay more for better quality, but even quality has a price, and that is why I have only had two cakes from here in a year. The combinations are wonderful.. sure to please anyone that has the slightest hint of a sweet tooth. The catch with these cakes is the sweetness factor. The cream cheese frosting is amazingly good but extremely sweet. Add that to the moistness of the cake and you have a wonderful dessert, but during serving, you might want to cut smaller pieces. With these cakes, a little goes a long way! Honorable shout outs go to the Red Velvet and Pecan Praline in the mini bundt size. Perfect 1 serving split by two people. read more

It's hard to give this place a bad review. We come here for a cake for almost every occasion. It can be a little expensive, but you get a super yummy, MOIST cake. A lot of places charge about the same for a fancy decorated cake, but then you typically end up with a dry cake. Life is too short for that nonsense. You can walk in and pick on up, but we always order ahead to make sure we get the one we want. read more

Love their cakes, so moist and delicious! However about a month ago me and about 15 other customers who all ordered our cakes online ahead of time waited an hour and a half outside of the locked bakery while their one baker who was working solo would bring out our cakes to us one at a time! An hour and a half! Locked outside! It's baffling! Thank goodness my party wasn't until the next day! We were all super understanding and patiently waited. Either the owner or manager showed up at closing time, no apology, no refund offered..nothing. I understand staffing shortages are crazy and sometimes are out of our control but the lack of customer service these days is so disappointing! read more

I've been going to this location since they opened (8-10 years?), despite the rudeness and poor customer service of the employees. Almost every time I go in there, I leave feeling annoyed or frustrated. And yet I can't stop. Why? Because the cakes are delicious! However, there is no attempt to exceed customer expectations. There is no feeling that the customer is valued. There is just a "we know our cakes are great...give us our money and get out of here" attitude. And because they are great, I have. You would think working around cakes all day would put you in a good mood. And this business isn't rocket science. It's cake! But I've been snapped at, interrogated, and just overall treated poorly. And I've decided...I can't do it any longer. The deliciousness of the cakes does not take away the bad taste in my mouth that a visit to this location leaves behind. And if I really really need a fix, I'll go to American Fork or West Bountiful. Or Meridian or Las Vegas. Or anywhere but here. In the long run, my waistline will thank me. :) read more

I'm just going to say up-front that I'm in the minority on this, and I know it. But, I feel that there has to be others out there who feel the way I do, and will be grateful for this information. First, yes, the cakes are very decadent. And they have a variety of amazing flavors. And the icing is real cream cheese. But, here's my first problem with these Bundts...it's TOO MUCH! TOO MUCH, JERRY! Too much sweet, and WAY too much icing. Seriously over the top, making it sickeningly sacchariferous for me. Similar to pecan pie, after two small bites, I am ready to throw up. I've never done anything more here than stop quickly to pick up a cake ordered by someone else - a couple of times. On many occasions, however, I've tried several of their flavors - red velvet, lemon, white chocolate raspberry, and a cinnamony-streuselly variety. I've tried slices of the larger cakes, as well as the Bundtlets. The ladies who work here are very nice, but I get the distinct impression that they are following a directive to upsell you. While picking up a full-size cake, I was urged to consider another full-size cake in a different flavor. Why? Well, because it would "round out and compliment the offering for my guests so well!" Uhhm...no. Thanks, though. I appreciate the knowledge that you would be willing to sell me another $50 cake if I really want it. Which brings me nicely into my second issue with NBC...the price. I get that they're beautiful and well-decorated, etc...but they're still just cakes, people! (I know, I know, somebody slap me.) Paying well beyond exhorbitant prices for any cake is against my code. Especially when it's half icing. (Is there gold in them there cakes???) Maybe I'm just hella cheap, but come on. Unless it's a wedding cake (makes me shiver to think of what you'd pay for that) it's not worth it in my book. Since I've visited, however, I understand that they've added a size even smaller than the Bundtlets - Bundtinis, which are tiny versions with even less of the heavy icing treatment. They also offer a custom icing technique (a drizzle?) which is supposed to be a lighter application of their cream cheese icing. I may try one of their cakes in the future with the new lighter icing. But if I don't, I'm certainly not losing any sleep. And I have a Betty Crocker box in my pantry awaiting creation in a less than over-the-top fashion. read more

Excellent customer service, adorable cake and a great deal... especially with my Groupon! Will definitely be back!

After trying their Cinnamon Swirl cake a couple of years ago, that is all my husband and I get for our birthdays' and for friends. Everyone loves it! I have also tried almost all of their other cakes and they really are all delicious. In October I ordered a large Cinnamon Swirl cake for my husbands birthday and when we cut into it, it was Carrot Cake. :( I called them and the women who answered was extremely apologetic and even offered to drive to our house to drop off a new cake or bundtlets. Unfortunately it was too late, but she sent me a gift card for another cake and that was very gracious. We will now be getting a cake to enjoy for Christmas. Love this place! read more
