So moist, perfectly sweet, is the butter cream frosting?!?! So good. I walk in, there's one being helped, the next customer and then me. Within 30 seconds a second, smiling staffer comes out with lots of energy and kindness comes out to take on the next customer. I was in and out with two bundtlets in 5 minutes. Flavors are definitely good and have a handful of selections for everyone. The limited time smores cake did feel like it was just a regular chocolate cake with graham crackers. Not much different. As well as spending a decent amount for a small cake when you can find good brand cake mix at the store for the same price. I will say that they do bake it just right where it has that great cake moisture, especially in the red velvet cake. read more

I swung by Nothing Bundt Cakes here in Sandy last month to get a cake for my wife for her birthday, and I'm glad I did. I secretly visited this store while she was out shopping and purchased the 8" Red Velvet cake (in a bakery box) with a pink peony flower top decoration. And it was a hit! Woo-hoo! My wife loved the red velvet cake and the cute pink peony - which she kept - and we both enjoyed the cake for many nights after the birthday party. The frosting was decadent! And coupled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cold glass of milk...we were in heaven! Yum! Lori J waited on me at the store and was very pleasant. The price out the door was $42...so not cheap by any means...but still a wonderful choice of dessert for very special occasions and even more special people...like my wife! The service is great but I highly suggest if you're getting one for a group of people, go with the largest size they offer. The smaller one that claims to serve 8 people tends to not rise at this location and is more frosting than cake... however it's always gonna taste good! read more

This is a lovely bakery/boutique! I have enjoyed their cakes before at events, and had one given to me as a gift a few years ago, but recent occasion brought my in to the shop-and I loved what I saw! Shelves and shelves of knick-knacks, decor, trinkets and gifts. Perfect little "extras" to go with thoughtful gifts. There were also display cases full of beautiful pre-made cakes that you could have customized. While I was waiting for my order, I saw another customer order a cake off the shelf and had some things added to it. The ladies behind the counter were working quickly and happily. It seemed like a well-oiled machine in there. I loved the added touch of the Herriman High School flag to my order (for a high school fundraiser.) I had not requested that, but they went the extra mile and made the gift pack even more special. I'll definitely be returning here in the future! read more

I live 40 minutes away so I relied on email as a way to contact them. I needed pricing and of course more information for our gender reveal party. I needed something cute and fun and I immediately thought of Nothing Bundt Cakes. Emailed them on 2/9 and I received an answer the next day. April, the owner, was very helpful and answered all my questions. So customer service is 10/10. Due to being 40 minutes away, I had my mom pick up the cake and I was told my mom just needed to tell them my last name. I purchased over the phone because it is a customized order and they texted me the receipt. Bummer that they can't email it to me but no big deal because I still got an actual picture of the receipt. I have been at their store as well and everything is very well organized and clean. Staff greeted me with warm smiles! always a plus especially when you're in a sweet business! This was the first time that I had a five star experience here and I am so happy about it!! Usually when I have gone in the past, there has been older angry ladies working the counter who seem to hate the customers even more than they hate themselves. I usually felt like I was entering a hall of terror whenever I was craving a bundt cake from these crazy ladies. BUT, this time was a younger girl with the most enthusiasm that I have ever seen in that store. She was so welcoming and offered the samples kindly. She was ecstatic to help me. I could not stop smiling for how great of an experience it was. Bundt is definitely upping its customer service and I hope it will stay that way!! This is actually a zero star review - one star is way too kind. This store location has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. My custom Bundtini order was not ready (past the pickup time) and when I got to my school and opened the box to disperse the Bundtinis to my friends I was missing 3 flavors and had extra of a flavor I despise. I called the store location and the only option for rectifying this situation was to bring the box back to the store to exchange it out for the correct order. Yeah....that doesn't work for everyone and it doesn't work for me today. I am at school, in a clocked hour program, and I cannot leave as I have already clocked in (NIMA). Seriously...that's the only solution the store is offering for their mistake??? Who treats customers like that in today's world? I'll tell you who - a business that doesn't value their customers, doesn't want repeat business, and doesn't take pride in what they do. Don't worry nothing bundt cakes.... I won't be spending any more money with you. And that's a big mistake on your part - I LOVE spending my hard earned money on food and especially on sweets. Love their cakes. I am a very, very last minute kind of person, but also love a good cake. Got both my kids birthday cakes from here this year. Was able to order and pick up within less than 24 hours for one and less than an hour of the other one. I love their buntlets too. Overall, just a great option. My favorite flavors are red velvet and chocolate. They both have chocolate chips in them and I love that chocolate bite in my cake. Also, their cake is moist (I know that awful word), dense and yet fluffy, and has the best cream cheese icing on top. read more

I am a big fan of cakes & cupcakes and this place has some of the best cupcakes (they call them bundtinis). They're perfectly moist & delicious. The icing they use is simply amazing. I love it. I got an assorted box of a dozen bundtinis which took them about 35 minutes to get ready. I got lemon, confetti, white chocolate raspberry, & their monthly special, strawberries & cream. This place is a mess. Avoid if you don't want your plans screwed up. We placed an order at 9:30am for a birthday, to be delivered at 11:30. Called at 11:45, was told they're out on the truck, should be there soon. By 12:20, still nothing. I again called and was told they had been delivered. (First of many realizations this place is dysfunctional.) They absolutely hadn't. ("you're the pediatric place right?" What? no.) 12:30 Jessica, who claims to be the store manager, calls to say we selected 'Pickup' when we ordered (email confirmation says otherwise) and that the order is sitting here for pickup. When reminded that this was a delivery order, she said someone MAY be able to deliver it, but it may not be until 5PM and that will be $23 extra dollars. HA what a joke! Soooo when I first called to inquire, no one even bothered to check the name/order I was calling on, just said "yep, they're out for delivery!" Further, it didn't dawn on anyone that the 11:30am order still sitting around by 12:30 may need attention? Is it not standard to call the customer an hour after said "pickup" time to check in? All around a joke of an experience, would never order from here again and would never recommend to anyone else. Jessica was extremely rude and snappy, took no responsibility for the issue at her store and was unable to produce problem solving skills in a customer service situation. A kind woman named Debbie tried her best to help, she was very nice. Ps: edit your website if you don't offer delivery. The cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes are NOT in the same league as cakes that you pick up in the grocery store, and the price reflects that. Yes, I am agreeable to pay more for better quality, but even quality has a price, and that is why I have only had two cakes from here in a year. The combinations are wonderful.. sure to please anyone that has the slightest hint of a sweet tooth. The catch with these cakes is the sweetness factor. The cream cheese frosting is amazingly good but extremely sweet. Add that to the moistness of the cake and you have a wonderful dessert, but during serving, you might want to cut smaller pieces. With these cakes, a little goes a long way! Honorable shout outs go to the Red Velvet and Pecan Praline in the mini bundt size. Perfect 1 serving split by two people. read more

A lot of places charge about the same for a fancy decorated cake, but then you typically end up with a dry cake. Life is too short for that nonsense. I've been going to this location since they opened (8-10 years?), despite the rudeness and poor customer service of the employees. Almost every time I go in there, I leave feeling annoyed or frustrated. And yet I can't stop. Why? Because the cakes are delicious! However, there is no attempt to exceed customer expectations. There is no feeling that the customer is valued. There is just a "we know our cakes are great...give us our money and get out of here" attitude. And because they are great, I have. You would think working around cakes all day would put you in a good mood. And this business isn't rocket science. It's cake! But I've been snapped at, interrogated, and just overall treated poorly. And I've decided...I can't do it any longer. The deliciousness of the cakes does not take away the bad taste in my mouth that a visit to this location leaves behind. After trying their Cinnamon Swirl cake a couple of years ago, that is all my husband and I get for our birthdays' and for friends. Everyone loves it! I have also tried almost all of their other cakes and they really are all delicious. In October I ordered a large Cinnamon Swirl cake for my husbands birthday and when we cut into it, it was Carrot Cake. :( I called them and the women who answered was extremely apologetic and even offered to drive to our house to drop off a new cake or bundtlets. Unfortunately it was too late, but she sent me a gift card for another cake and that was very gracious. We will now be getting a cake to enjoy for Christmas. Love this place! read more
