Stopped in here to pick up a few boxes for a client and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to order via the app. Ended up getting 2 dozen assorted Bundt cakes with some of the seasonal flavors sprinkled in and they all turned out fantastic. Store was clean, employees could not have been nicer, and my order was ready when promised. Before they boxed the cakes up they made sure to go through the flavors with me and ensured the order was accurate. Would definitely come here again and maybe I'll change it up for client drop offs and start doing Bundt cakes here and there. read more

I stopped by Nothing but Bundt Cakes in Limestone Hill Sunday evening. The store manager had just locked the door and turned away when a young girl came pulling on the door. The young girl went back to the car to tell her Mom the door was locked just as the manager came back and unlocked the door. I was by the door so the manager allowed me and the girl in the store. I thanked her because I was allowed to satisfy my craving for a Banana Pudding cake but it was the young girl 11th Birthday and she wanted to get her cake. The excitement of this baby and the glow of her eyes was everything. Her Mom came out the car to assist her with her purchase. I just want to thank the manager for being a great person and allowing the young girl the opportunity of happiness in that moment. It could have definitely been a disappointing day for her but your graciousness saved the day. I'll see y'all again soon! This will always be my number one store. read more

They tried...the staff really did...but dang... Walked in and ordered 3 dozen bundtinis assorted, the cashier said no problems but it would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem! The wife went to wait in the car...15 minutes later a worker comes out with 1 dozen. I ask her where the rest is and she says this it. I show her my receipt and she say "oh" and walks off. 15 minutes later another worker comes out with my complete order, no apology or thank you. I usually have no problem with the products. It's always taste delicious. I feel over time, the size has been shrinking. I remember it used to go past the time lid but was still able to close. I did notice this about the other individual bun were all different sizes in the same container. Some are as big as I remember and some are small like the one I got. I think I'm going to have to try a different location or learn how to so it myself if I want one as big as I used to get it. read more

Long story short, this was one of the best carrot cakes I've ever had! This was my first time at NBC's and I was very excited to try it. I opted for a carrot cake and was relieved that the description of the cake didn't allude to there being any nuts in it. It DID say though, that there was pineapple in it and I must admit that I was like, "mmm, not too sure about this." The other thing I wasn't too sure about was the fact that once we purchased the cakes, they were brought out, from the back and were cold/frozen. I was expecting a room-temp cake out of the display case so to get a frozen one threw me off. I wanted to go straight home and dig in. Instead, I had to wait until it got to room-temp before I could consume it. I was really craving the cake too so, in order to speed up the process, I put it outside on my front porch and let it sit about 20 mins. Idk, maybe that's just how they do it at NBCs and although I was slightly disappointed at first, it was well worth the wait. Why? Well, the carrot cake wasn't too sweet, the pineapple pieces weren't obnoxious and didn't take anything away from the cake; lastly, the cream cheese icing was the perfect complement. Other flavors purchased by my party were the lemon raspberry and chocolate chip and I heard great remarks about them both! I'll be back to try other flavors for sure! read more

I placed an order online 5 days prior to the event and received a confirmation via email. The order was not filled upon pickup. They filled it while my husband waited. The staff offered poor customer service--no apology or offer to make the event pleasant (no discount, etc.). The cakes were dry in our opinion (both GF and regular). When we celebrate we get nothing bunt crack... wait I mean cakes. Although they are just as addictive! No matter all the other choices the best is still the white chocolate raspberry by far! Don't try it... once you do you will be hooked! Man these things are just tooooo good to be true! I swear they should be illegal. Was told we needed to wait for 15 min... no problem.. but then got half the order and said 3 minutes for the other part of the order then 20 min later the cake was ready. 2 other ladies were waiting as well. For my birthday, I wanted to finally try this cake out. My spouse called in the order and called the number posted outside for curbside delivery. Curbside was awesome!Thank you for creating delicious treats during the quarantine. We ate a slice immediately. So good! The lemon bundt cake was moist and the frosting was mouthwatering. The 8" inch cake was perfect for sharing. The 8" serves 8-10 people. I definitely indulged with big slices :). If you haven't tried the bundt cake, I recommend it. I'm celebrating...surviving prom dress shopping! That's a thing... This location always has the friendliest employees! I love seeing their smile when you walk in the store. They were out of the flavor I wanted and truly felt she felt bad for me! I wish they would bring back the samples, for my own glutinous behavior, but understand why they aren't available. First time experience with the bundt, I could see it's appeal after the first bite. I ordered a red velvet bundtlet, I was expecting it to be dry for whatever reason but it tasted extremely moist. The chocolate chips buried between each bite was a welcome surprise. I went right before closing time and there was still a line out the door. Not sure if everyone had the same idea as me to come right before closing or if the shop is just consistently busy throughout the day. I wasn't able to get it then, but my girlfriend and I were at Trader Joe's the other week and I saw it across the plaza and thought the name sounded familiar. We tried the which chocolate raspberry. The store is a little smaller than other locations and it's tight when there is a crowd. However, the staff is very prompt and ready to take your order.
