Nothing Bundt Cakes is a favorite in our families. I save having to cut messy cake and everyone has an automatic to go container. Their variety of cakes is delicious! Recently, I was there to buy cupcakes for my son's class. That can be pretty expensive. As I was doing the math, the counter person introduced to me BUNDTINIS! If you are on a budget, this is an ample alternative to their individual sized bundtlets. BUNDTINIS were more than enough is size and stature for my son's class party. The children were equally excited and were sufficiently satisfied. The flavor is still explosive, and a dozen BUNDTINIS are more than half the price of a dozen Bundtlets so he was helpful in offering this alternative. Food was not fresh like promised, tasted expired. I waited for almost ten minutes before I was even helped by someone, and when I was the girl was extremelly rude and seemed annoyed. She looked like she was on facetime and when she went to the back she dissapeared for another 15 minutes. Dont get me wrong Ill gladly wait for some fresh cake, however it wasnt fresh, the service was awfull, and the store also looked extremeluy messy when I got a glance of their working area. Still snotty and entitled, I doubt very much if their cakes are freshly baked I am sure they come from a central bakery, frozen and defrosted. I don't mind so much but the service last time was so poor and the person on the phone so rude I will not recommend them. I have always love the Bundt cakes but I am very disappointed at their size. The container the single Bundt comes in used to come to the top. A little of the cream on the top would be on the top of the container. Now the Bundt cake is so small it doesn't even come near the top. read more

Love this find on the North Shore, cakes are always fresh and the flavors are amazing. The sweetness is just right and it doesnt feel like a whole bunch of sugar was dumped into that batter. They have an assorted dozen of cupcakes and an actual cake, so far I've only gotten cupcakes since I feel like there are more variety of flavors I can try while buying a whole pack, my son loves it too and I don't blame him. Very rude and sales person did nothing but touch her hair putting it up in a scrunchie while she was doing this I made a comment about this She said well I don't touch the cakes I told her look you should not be doing that around food at all. I read previous report from Sharon and I believe that she found a hair in her cake So disgusting I will not go back at all. I know they are privately owned but no one cares there. Kind of funny how I found them. They targeted me with an ad on Facebook. Being a digital marketer I NEVER pay attention to ads. But I immediately saw they offered Curbside during COVID and was in a pinch to get something for Mother's Day. WOW - I'm so glad I clicked on the ad. WARNING... if you have to cancel an online order, you must go to the store to get store credit quickly or you will loose your money! I was not told this when I called to cancel my order. I was told that I could come redeem my store credit "at any time!" When I came in a few weeks later to reorder my previous order, they told me that my credit already expired a few days earlier and that my money was gone. I was never made aware of an expiration date.
