Most people, especially on weekends and days off, have time to go out and shop--but you close quite early, which limits that opportunity. These kinds of hours don't make much sense for a popular bakery. It feels more like an office schedule than a customer-focused business. If you had more flexible hours, more people would be able to enjoy the quality you offer.

Both had oat milk and were creamy and delicious. I think we drank them down in seconds. I also purchased a chocolate avalanche pastry. Since it's a French bakery, I had expected the pastry to be rich in chocolate and not sweet. Instead, it was the opposite. I'm not sure how the other dessert-based pastries are but I'm leery now. The person who took our order wasn't pleasant by any means, but I gave a tip anyway in case they were just overwhelmed and didn't feel like being welcoming. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating with some seating outdoors. The only issue with the environment is that there was a high whistle that filled the entire establishment. That inspired us to leave sooner than expected. Our greatest disappointment was to see that with all of their plastic cups that they did not have any recycling bins.

If you own a bakery business then you have a responsibility to be aware of how long your products have been on the shelf and timely discard items as necessary. It is completely wrong to knowingly sell expired products to customers. More so considering this product was behind a glass case and I would have no way of knowing how long it's been sitting there but you as the owner would and should. I can no longer trust the owner or their products they sell. Never buying anything from this bakery again.

He was tragically killed by a hit and run driver last year. He was a friendly, outgoing, and a pillar of the community. Truthfully, I teared up at a memorial in the bakery for this family man and excellent chef. We had many conversations when I came in to pick up family occasion cakes. It is hard to believe he is not there. The business is still running under the capable hands of his daughter and son in law ( and his right hand baker- Maria). My granddaughter's cake turned out beautifully and was delicious. The bakery is still here and although I really miss seeing chef Harry, but I am so happy his family continues to honor him and serve delicious baked goods.
