I needed my husband to sign a consent for me to obtain a passport for our son. The consent needed to be notarized. My appointment is in less than a week and last minute changes to my husbands work schedule prevented him to be present at the appointment with us. I found Notary by the Sea through a quick google search and so glad I did! Jane reached out in less than an hour. She understood the urgency of my request and that same day went out to my husbands job site, got the document notarized, obtained the necessary copies that needed to go with it and even dropped it off at FedEx for us!! Talk about amazing customer service! The entire process was seamless-Jane went above and beyond. Thank you Notary by the Sea for the quick turnaround and professionalism. read more

Wow! It's 2021, covid is fading fast, but I couldn't get a notary for the life of me. Then, I called Jane. I can't believe how quick she responded and drove out to my house to notarize an important, time-sensitive document. She'll be my first call in the future. And one more thing: my wife and I are fully vaccinated. She still came with the CDC recommended PPE, which I really appreciated! I love seeing people take pandemic measures seriously, it's what is going to get our economy and life back on track. I was in great need for a notary and am fully protected myself, so I wouldn't have cared if she came here maskless and sneezed on the pen. But Jane's a real professional. read more

Diana Thomas provided us an excellent notarization service. She was quick to respond and highly professional in the service. I recommend.

We will definitely use this service again any time we need a notary. She came early, was meticulous in making sure every detail was in order, and offered other related services like providing a fedex envelope and delivering our documents to fedex and getting a receipt. She also had extra pens and a couple clipboards. The price was reasonable. We have been extra cautious during the pandemic and she was happy to work outside wearing a mask. Overall it's everything we would ever need from a notary and it was great she came to us. read more

This was the easiest notary experience I've ever had. We needed a notarized healthcare directive for my Dad and couldn't travel anywhere, due to the pandemic. She got in touch immediately, per the Yelp quote/estimate service, and made an appointment later that afternoon for a better price than the other notary who responded to my query. She showed up on time, with her mask on, and practiced social distancing. I set up an area on our porch, at a little picnic table and it was easy as pie. She was friendly, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation. read more

I needed an urgent document notarized and mailed same day on a busy Monday morning, at the start of a busy week. I searched for a local mobile notary since my usual notary didn't open until 10am and I couldn't risk getting that far behind in my day & week. I called Jane at 8am...interrupting her morning routine...she immediately answered and scheduled an appointment for later that morning. She arrived on time, was organized and efficient. I was able to get my notarized document FED-EX'ed out well before noon....allowing me to get to the rest of my day and week without anxiety & worry. Her pricing was very reasonable....saved me taking valuable time out of my day to go to my usual Notary and wait for their availability. ACCESSIBLE, QUICKLY AVAILABLE, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE. read more

I live out of the area and I needed papers notarized. Many of the notaries in the area were charging me $200+ for 1 paper and Notary by the Sea charged me $50 for 2! Their responses were quick and they worked with me on how I wanted to receive the paperwork since I'm out of the area. They were professional and very caring as well as willing to work with my schedule and they made themselves available to me literally 24/7 even during this pandemic!
