I've been to other UPS stores recently and have had to wait almost a full hour to be seen, not here! I like that I can drop my items off at the register without shenanigans and can confidently trust this store. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and gave me a receipt without me asking! He was warm and professional. The other staff also greeted me, such a nice touch! I'm definitely going to come here more often as I never get this customer service at other locations. I thought I lost them, a day later they were recovered and I asked if they could overnight them, I need them to see and drive and I work on a hospital so I need them for work. My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. After I paid, I wasn't even placed in their system for nearly a week. I had to message them myself to ask why there were no updates, and only then was I added. If I hadn't reached out, I honestly don't know when anything would have been done. Communication was also a major issue. I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. I was repeatedly left in the dark and had to keep asking for basic information. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute. This cost me extra time, money, and stress. I wish my experience had been better, but I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled.
