Keep in mind that she's just one person managing the entire operation, which is impressive on its own. She deserves some grace for her hard work, so I'd encourage anyone reading negative reviews to consider that. Highly recommend this place for efficient, personalized service!

I am disappointed with my experience at this mail center. A couple of weeks ago, I visited to…read moreinquire about notary services and was told by an employee that the notarization would be free. Based on that information, I returned with my documents to have them notarized. After the notarization was completed, I was informed that there was a $10 fee. Had I been told about the charge during my initial visit, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and only learned of the fee after the service had already been performed. The issue is not the $10 itself, but the lack of clear and consistent communication. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff, especially regarding pricing. Being quoted one price--or in this case, no charge at all--and then being charged afterward creates confusion and undermines trust.

When I submitted my application I received an automated email they received my request. The email they sent about my password went to my junk mail. They do have notification on their site to check junk mail, but I figured since the automated reply came through fine it wasn't an issue.
