The actual hookah was mid at best for D.C I was expecting a lot better. Then when it came to the bill we were charged $4 for each bottle (of which we were not even told there was a charge at all for water, and no we did not specifically ask for a sealed bottle all we asked for was water the sever never said tap or bottled, she just automatically brought us sealed) when on the menu they were priced at $3.50 sure it's .50 but when there was five that .50 extra could have almost bought another bottle. Also when she brought the bill she did not even show the itemized bill at first all she showed was the tip screen which upon doing the math from what we ordered vs paid we realized the amount was way higher than what we got and so we asked for the copy of the receipt only to find out there was ALREADY a service charge on there of which was NOT a credit card charge because we paid in cash and when asked what the cash total was she told us $60.31 yet the copy showed the cash price was $57.91 also they charge for charcoal, what am i suppose to do bring my own charcoal? i've never had to pay extra for charcoal they just include it with hookah price, absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the vibes in this place is like an absolute funeral, all the pictures made this place look so fun and great, but no it was worse than funeral. I felt even more so like i was at a funeral after I realized how badly my wallet was robbed. I will never come back here.

The drinks took about 25 minutes to arrive. We were not checked on for another 40 minutes and had to wave down the waitress who was sitting with her back to us while charging/playing on her cell phone. She seemed amused when we complained about the wait. The food had not yet come out and it had been over an hour since we ordered. We were the first people there (about 30 minutes after they opened) so it was empty; therefore no reason for the spotty service. They finally brought out our food 10 minutes after we asked for our checks to leave (the third time we had to flag her down). Pros: drinks, hookah Cons: service time, parking, the smell of vomit on the floors, wait staff I'd come solely for hookah in the future. Do better, please!

The last dj could use work his mixes were off..not a good flow. I don't smoke but the ventilation there didn't carry the surrounding hookah so I was okay in there. We went on a Friday night via eventbrite and it was free. The table along the wall we sat at was free as long as we ordered anything off the menu. Mocktail was good and I had a great time here. It didn't seem to smoke consistently, and was a bit harsh at times. Overall it was a nice night out though.

They've got all the neon signs and photo lighting you could imagine and most nights there's a DJ spinning mostly early 2000's and current hip-hop and r&b music with some afrobeats mixed in. In most of my experiences they are generally well staffed to handle the larger weekend crowds and from management to the servers the staff is typically very pleasant and timely in regard to service. This is probably one of the few spots that opens until 3-4am, if you're looking for something on a late night. They also host a variety of discounted events on a given day whether it be extended happy hours from 4-10pm, free hookah Monday's, or various specials for football game nights. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you're looking for something in-between lounge and club vibes with good hookah and high energy.

We ordered shawarma and fries, and the shawarma didn't arrive until about 40 minutes later. The fries took nearly an hour, which is completely unacceptable for such a simple order. The food was disappointing. The shawarma lacked flavor, the fries weren't worth the wait, and the hookah was just as bad--it smoked poorly, had very little flavor, and was miserable. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I politely told the employee, Shady, that the service had been horrible, his response was simply, "Whatever." That level of disrespect and complete lack of concern for customers is unacceptable. I won't be coming back, and I definitely can't recommend this place. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

It was a super raining day and parking wasn't in my favor even though I found a close spot eventually. Street parking is metered and you can use ParkMobile app. There is FREE parking in the back too which I didn't know until after. Food- AMAZING like seriously EVERYTHING was beyond Good! I had the following foods: Scrambled eggs with cheese - Soft and cooked perfectly and definitely fresh cracked eggs used and good portion size. I loved this just added pepper. Fried potatoes with green peppers and onions - I omitted the mushrooms since I don't eat them but baby this alone was soft yet crunchy, flavorful and way too much to consume alone. These came out so fast and still were good after 15 minutes and I'm so picky lol. I can't forget the onion dipping sauce on the side was SUPERB & I had to get extra bc it was too good. Grilled salmon - Perfection, taste and portion size. French toast (shared) -OMG portions for this is not enough but sooooooooo freakin delish!!! Definitely don't share bc that pistachio cream cheese frosting butter is everything! You don't even need syrup, the only thing I removed was the blackberries but their fruits are fresh! Overall, as for food they definitely accommodate to your needs/liking with NO HASSLE! Price- Affordable and you definitely get your monies worth at this spot. All depends if you're drinking because in my opinion that's usually where you spend the most money. FYI- Bottomless Mimosas are $30 PER PERSON, they do not play about that and watch if you are "trying to share drinks". You're either drinking or not, but if you plan on drinking 2 or more drinks, I recommend doing bottomless since drinks are $13+ unless you're getting bottle service. Ambiance- This place is well designed and beautiful inside, nice seating and beautiful neon colors everywhere. Oh yea, they play great music even without a DJ (sometimes they have a DJ in house). Clean and definitely well kept. Customer Service- It was great! They constantly attended our needs and even though we were a huge party, they got our food out in good timing. Only complaint was them bringing my potatoes extremely early when I wanted to wait for other to arrive but it's ok since it was a misunderstanding and definitely worked out since I ended up waiting for people for a minute lol . I definitely will come back sooner than later!! ‍
