I do not know where to start with this. I am not very happy and very upset with this dealership. Therefore, I am going to say my pieces and my actual experience about them. I feel it is the utmost dishonest dealership I ever been in!
Lets start with date in order so you can understand the whole story.
June 6th, I stopped at their dealership to order the parts that I needed it before I go on my vacation which happened on June 26th. I asked all the questions that I needed to know. I asked the quotes for inspection, changing oil and parts. I had the expectation of them to know their stuff with parts and everything. I ordered few things to be ready on time for the next appointment with the service.
June 22nd, I came over for my motorcycle appointment and expected their service to meet my goals to complete. Unfortunately, it didn't. The shop guy asked me to not replace the slip-on muffler clamps because it was rust. The shop guy wanted to know if he can rotate it and hide them. I was like, I paid and ordered for it. Put the stainless steel clamps on. I don't like rust personally. I told them to replace it anyway. I also asked them to take care of cyclinder head as they labeled it because it was rust badly. I labelled it as spark plug washer because that is what i thought originally. But they didn't ordered my spark plug rings to cover the "cyclinder head". Apparently they forgot to order that. I was like oh, i didn't paid for that. (hence it was completely out of miscommunication) The guy said he credit my pullriser back on my credit card. I haven't seen my bills yet. I assumed they did. I didn't get any credit receipt for it.
I asked the guy to explain what is wrong with the part of riser. The pullback riser came in wrong part dues to my top clamp was not matching. I asked if he can showed me physically. He brought me to the shop where my bike is at located where the washing area. He showed me the top clamp and the part of riser. I was like oh i see. I accepted it. I told him that I will consider to find something else instead. They did offered me chrome but It doesn't match my bike. I stick to my black colors. It comes with black gloss because its matching colors.
Gloss paint job is very sensitive area. When i saw my bike in washing room. Of course, I went to the sky and pissed. I got upset and asked the lady who washed my bike. She took this guy and he showed me the glove he used. Did you know what they used? The dirty oily stuff on the glove that contained the sharps or dusts, etc. It scratches my bike just like that. I was like, i never use that glove and that glove is for the tires or the rough area that can handle but gloss paint job don't handle that or windshield. The lady said wax will solve the problem. I was like putting myself in doubt. She waxed the area and used microfiber. I got freaked out. I of course, got upset and explained to her microfiber is not for the gloss and polishing it up. It will create more scratches. Its for dust picking up. It is not for things that to hide them off or polish it up. I use cotton or towel with clean ones. Of course, I was late for work because of their errors with timing back and forth. I texted the guy and upset that I feel that they should fix those scratches since it is only two years old with less mileage on it which I remembered it was 4,800 something. Its my baby that I m talking about. I feel that this dealership is so careless about customer and the bikes. I feel like i cant trust them. He explained that it is certificated HD washing service. Every time oil changes, we wash them right away. I told him, i disagreed. Always ask customer first if i want my bike wash or not. I told him that i was not impressed. He suggested to buff it. I was like okay, buff them right.
Now, on July 9th... the day before I arrived to HD.
My taillight was fell out completely unsafe. The bolts was not included when it happened. My friend caught in time because I would not even know to ride off back to home. My friend said first thing, where is the hell bolts are. I was like, what the heck. I even filmed it. No bolts. He said how comes they didn't use Nylon with locked bolts with Locklite glues. I also took pictures of my bags how it strapped right. I had a solo rack for it.
